    Only good thing was the hotel cleanliness

    Reached the hotels around 7 pm , never thought it would been just behind the railway track, the entrance was so scary ...its surrounded by workshops and continuous noise can be heard , either of the machines or the people working there. We had booked standard room and one room with shared bathroom. First , all ids were checked and scanned. FOr standard room - the room was like just you enter it and then there is end , too small , bahtroom was pathetically conjusted . Though room was clean , the room area is so small it doesnt seem worth to pay so much. AC works only on one temperature. Service was okayish.. but there were spiders in the room , two spiders were found.. For shared bathroom room - it was so small as if you are travelling in a bus it seems , very good use of space... room temperature was good everything felt like paper walls.. you could hear whats happening on the outsde.. loud noise of tv , ppl shouting and else.. to summarise - its near to the bandra kurla complex and sion station thats the only good thing... and a bit clean as compared to that area... rest all is below avg... but they do try to provide you with evrything...     This hotel is a nightmare to stay in. I had booked online using makemytrip. Upon reaching there, they said I have chosen a shared bathroom. No where in my booking voucher, it was mentioned that I have chosen a shared bathroom. But they kept arguing but they coudn't show any proof. The arguments went on for more than an hour. As i had a long day, I finally gave in. The room was ok but small. The shared bathroom was terrible. No hot water, no soap, flush wasn't working properly. Later, when I called them back the next day to get the exact address, the receptionist was rude. Food was also bad. There was noise throughout the night. Worst experience ever. Will never book again... More

    Provided all facilities like wifi, hot water, TV, AC. Only problem was the size of the rooms which was small. Staff was polite. Good option if you are a traveller. Price was also in budget and hence affordable for travel crazy guys.... More

    Hotel is good and rooms are tidy with supportive hotel staff but the area is not good. if you seeking all facilities near to hotel you can not find anything except garage and mechanics with bunch of trucks. i tasted tea at hotel it is an average but we can say it is value for money for what i paid....   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
