    Ok place to stay

    Stayed here for a day in mid April 2017. The place was clean, although there was no ventilation. We did not get hot water although a geyser is installed in the room and we were told it was due to leakage and had to be fixed. The check out time was strict and we were not allowed to stay beyond 12 PM. While vacating, the receptionist asked me to open the Oyo app (through which I had booked the hotel) and rate it as 5 stars.... More

    We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were provided a room on ground floor which was close to the Kitchen used by the staff and behind the fish market. The rooms smells so bad with Fish all the time and kitchen guys cooked adding tadka full of spices which creates coughing and burning eyes as the smell is stronger in AC and rooms have no ventilation and no space at all. The owner or staff not sure who he is..a south indian guy with specs was soo rude and started fighting when we address about the issue that kitchen guys needs to have an exhaust and need to open up the doors. Instead of saying yes ..he disagree and started fighting and cancelled the following day booking. He is totally unprofessional and useless man with no brains to understand or talk.... More

    The rooms interior are quite bright and good. From the hotel's exterior, you might not be able to guess that it's a Hotel in itself. The good thing is that it is really close to the Andheri Station, maybe a kilometer or two. The bad thing is that the rooms do not have a window. You do not get to know what time of day is it....     We do not recommend this hotel to anyone, a friend booked it for us on gobibo looking at the photos and location but on arrival our alarm bells were ringing as it was dodgy from the moment we saw it and walked in. Service was slack beyond words,rooms although premium for a family were smaller than me child's bedroom at home, Wi-Fi was available but not given, breakfast was also included but not given... it was Independence Day so we had no choice as hotels were booked up for the holidays. We did our utmost to stay away and out during the day only to return late at night to sleep and leave again very early the next morning. We felt unsafe and would not recommend at all - a glorified bedsit in a dodgy part of andheri!... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
