    The hotel is located at the heart of the city in Shivaji Nagar; FC road being at a stone's throw away. It took some 30 minutes to reach there from Pune airport. except for the above, i'll forever regret choosing this hotel. The door of our room was so hard that it wouldn't get locked or open up easily. After three reminders we got drinking water that too without glasses. Likewise came the tea/ coffee material. After this we choose not to eat there and while having breakfast very next day, we found our decision to do so was right. From AC duct we heard the voice of the rats as well which we reported to the hotel. For the amount I paid, I found myself cheated.... More

    In 5 weeks of touring India, i can say without doubt the worst hotel that we have stayed in. Very poorly maintained. Bedroom walls scuffed and dented, bathroom a disgrace with black mould covering ceiling, temperamental plumbing, loose and dangerous electrical fittings. Room smelt strongly of cigarrette smoke, curtains frayed and dirty. We asked for toilet tissue--they had none. Buffet breakfast really poor. We booked on expedia--no idea why they list such a poor hotel with photos that do not match the reality. Location is good and not much road noise.... More

    Overall a good place to stay.

    I will say the ambience was very nice. The property is vast and has good architecture. Fells very close to nature as they use nature like aromas and alleyway are decorated with little gardens. Room was pretty good too with the basic vanity and provision. We had difficulty in getting hot water as the geyser had some flaw.But the hotel staff was quick to restore it.... More

    Average but Decent hotel with very good service staff

    The rooms are fairly good but certainly has space for improvement. The service of breakfast is very limited in terms of the spread. But I have a very important experience to share. During my stay I had a small injury in the room and had some bleeding. I just asked for some cotton and the front office staff were so considerate, they sent me the entire first aid kit and later made vehicle arrangement to take me to the nearest doctor for an immediate treatment. It was an highly appreciable guesture of the both the staff at the front desk, thanks to them.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
