This hotel was just perfect
Everything in this hotel is just simple and available
We occupied ocean family room and got the best view in the morning
The room was big and comfy and the bathroom was also clean and big
The staff was helpful enough and the check in was quick
This hotel location is in the centre of the city so it is practically close to market and convenient store
Note : the remote for air condotioner are become one with the remote for television so don't bother to look for remote for ac
Easy walking distance to many things

After being in a run down guesthouse, Eins offered luxury! Lovely rooms, comfy beds, spacious but not enormous, great views either side. Bathroom was nice- separate toilet and shower compartments with a mirrored vanity also. Breakfast was simple but fine (open 7-9am only though) and the 11th floor breakfast bar offers great views (when not rainy or foggy!). Room was heated too.
Price was very reasonable- in fact I paid $10AU more for this lovely hotel than an awful backpackers- worth the extra money!
Some of the front desk staff speak English- but not all. Getting information was a bit tricky some days. The tall guy with longer hair is excellent though! The others have limited English (it took 5 mins to explain that I needed toilet paper- lots of miming involved!).
Rooms include complimentary water each day and have amenities such as toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash and toothpaste. They offer bath towels and hand towels too.
For two of our three days it poured rain- the hotel had loan umbrellas too, which was fantastic. There is a convenience store two buildings away and about a 2 min walk away are coffee shops and restaurants.
My two criticisms:
1. lighting in room wasn't great- I had the single bed and the corner was very dark and hard to read at night- perhaps add a side lamp.
2. street noise was LOUD at times- it travelled up to the 8th floor.
Overall it was a really lovely stay- close to Jeonbang and Cheonjiyeon waterfalls bus stop, daily market, Oedolgae.
Be prepared to pay a lot for taxis- the public transport is not terrific on Jeju and it seems most tourists hire a car and drive places making it easier.
There is a coin laundry across the road.
Nice people nice room

Rooms and bathroom are modern, looks new, spacious, clean and big. Floor has warmer. Staff are nice and friendly. Try to avoid rooms facing road, a little noisy for light sleeper. 7eleven nearby. Happy with my choice choosing this hotel.
Good location, great views

We stayed at the Eins Hotel for two nights and they have great views and are centrally located to shopping and tourist attractions. The staff made us feel very comfortable and very welcomed. I had run into some problems working the AC or TV at other hotels so I was caught up on what to do before getting there or I would of had problems also. Breakfst was a Korean and western style but very good and great kimchi.
Friendly and proffesional staff. Good location.

The friendliness and professionalism of staff, especially mr Seungwon Nam, is heartwarming.
Mr Nam speaks perfect English and patiently and professionally assisted us with every issue such as booking ferry passages. A very valuable asset in a region where English is not naturally understood and most websites are in Korean. . Reason enough to book again.
Breakfast is ok but could be more western oriented. The location is perfectly central in Seogwipo and in walking distance from the waterfall, about 200 mtrs from shore. Beds are a bit stiff, but so are most beds in Korea.
