    We booked four rooms here and got a good deal from mmt ...Check in was smooth and reception team was good and gave us all rooms together...Rooms were good nd clean...Good thing they will give you amenity kit the moment you will check in to room...To surprise towels provided were white and spotless which u won't get generally in such hotels.food options are good and food was good too. Room service is 24 hrs so you can order anytime with varieties.staff was courteous and helpful. A.c was not very effective but enough to let u relax. That can be improved. Apart from that all was good and worth the money.... More

    I had booked the hotel thru OYO. When we checked in the receptionist was trying to give us a room which someone else has checked out just minutes ago and that too in front of us. On asking, they allotted another room. The AC Is window AC and was making a very high sound than normal. Complained twice, first they said that they will send someone to check, then they told that they will change the room. Neither happened. Put in a response in OYO. The mobile newtwork in the room is so poor that by the time the OYO costumer service could reach me, we had already retired for the night since we had an early day next day. Calls do not get connected or get cut of frequently. You have to step out of the hotel to make a proper call. The complimentary breakfast is just basic, nothing much to boast off. Not a pleasant stay at all. And certainly not worth the price. ... More

    My friend and I stayed here for a layover between our flights home. Hers to Europe mine to North America. We arrived at the hotel with strange greeting and then were ushered to our room. We didn't have any towels or toilet paper, so we asked at the front desk when I went to ask for the wifi. It took them I am not kidding upwards of 45 minutes, probably around 50. I asked probably about 4 times to 4 different employees and none of them were able to bring by toilet paper and two towels for a good 45 mins so. I have no idea why they couldn't just grab em. Clean place though, just know I've read this story of mine before on here.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
