    The hotel name itself represents its versatility of services and it was really a very nice experience for me and friends to accommodate here. The hotel was neat ad clean in all its aspects. The rooms were spacious and very nicely maintained. The food was just deliciously tasty. Talking about the prices and affordability yest it s little pricy but i don't think it is overpriced as the service of the hotel totally justifies it.... More

    As we came out of new Delhi station as ususlly gheraoed by auto drivers for hotel and We decided to settle on this hotel .When we reached there the reception quickly allowed us to check in and put the luggages in room so that there was no chance to escape !!..... Then drama began.First , Auto driver , confirmed , who enjoy some cut money from the hotel , Rs 800/ Room with Ac and Wi fi , then The Reception began to bergaining by high price Rs 1950/ and negotiated for Rs 1700/ with taxes.But , When we were to check out they produced a bill including GST !!!!....4 different rates within 4 hours (( we stayed there 4/ 5 hours before checking out ))!!!!.....Argument followed and they played the drama taking into account of the fact that I would not protest as I was carrying little children and woman !!.... Now Room......Bad smell was coming out choking our breathing...They told me this was the best Room....If that was the best then what would be the Worst !!!!.....Ac was not working as I found there was no difference beyween Room temperature and outside temperature !!..... Still they tried to convince us " chal rahe hey to "!!!!???..... One bluff after another !!....The staircase and varandah were full of littered garbage and clothes !!!!...... Horrible atmosphere !!.....We just stick to it as they took Advance in full before check in....!!... Nice Trick....!!....Only a little satisfaction was homely food quality........and Every staff in the hotel expected for tips as we were sent off !!.....The worst hotel in my life I came across.......Last of all , they refused to give us any Bill of payment !!.....Be careful about Auto Rickshawallas at New Delhi stations .......... More

    Ultimate Staff Good location almost everything available nearby mall and lots of restaurants . The only Hotel in which I go. Safe hotel. I use to visit frequently every month or two. Love this hotel and staff over there food is also good. And best part is Privacy.... More

    surrounded by malls and plenty of eateries but the hotel itself is a let down, small rooms with no windows in some rooms. some bed bugs too. dint try the food so not sure about it but many eateries like pizza hut and others in the vicinity. apart from location nothing much in the hotel.would not recommend it.... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
