    Disappointed to be honest!

    On arrival to the hotel, it seems lovely from the outset and in the heart of Mumbai, access to everything by foot and car. The reception is well maintained and modern, this followed through with the rooms, small but nice done out. We stayed as a couple but not provided with 2 towels, having to share for our stay. The staff at reception were abrupt when asked questions about the local area and generally queries about the hotel. The hotel has lift access and were pushing for us to use the lift when I preferred the stairs .. and we found out why. The staircase is dirty, clothes everywhere, cleaning materials out and it must be where the staff have their personal hygiene facilities. On many occasions I saw random people walking round with hardly any clothing on, washing and it was all very unkempt, a real hazard. The wifi didn't work for the majority of our stay, either poor signal or no internet access which did not help in our onward journeys. The staff were little help with this. The phone in the corridor where the porter sits constantly going off which is off putting. On leaving the hotel, the porter was very pushy for tips and constantly having to say no, they were not impressed. If you ask for tips, you simply will not receive them, it is not something we do over in the UK, especially not ask for them, you get given them if you deserve so the tips were not given Would not stay here again! ...     The approach of paying very litle and getting very very little definitely applies here. Awful room without daylight. Very mouldy and stinky. Dirty sheets. There is no proper bedding, just a sheet and two woolen blankets (at Indian heat!?) which are very smelly and of course soak up all the sweat. Bugs. (Killed 3 myself) I stayed for 5 nights, my room was not cleaned or even looked into once. (The "clean room" button just stays on for days). The elevator is a joke. But of course tipping expected, haha. You know its a classy place when they offer you a "discount" when you pay in cash. It's loud as hell. And strangely the constant sound of water dripping/flushing/rain even when it doesnt rain. Good thing: The wifi works and was decent. Which seems to be a massively great achievement judging from my India travels this year. The location in Fort however, was great. Near most of the sights, the area has lots of shops, restaurants, atm, off license, and is super convenient near the Train Terminus. Book it if you want good location and basically just some form of bed!... More

    Everything about this hotel is pathetic simply pathetic. Hotel manager, owner, staff are spooky, rude and over the bar. They are asking customers to give them sign on blank papers. asking customers to call police since they have so called "setting". shabby rooms pathetic service to say the least.... More

    Don't expect to get a good night of rest here

    Initially we booked a different hotel around the corner but they messed up our booking and send us here. So at this point I was already annoyed. It was at night so I didn't want to start looking for a better place. The manager and staff is rude. They offered to view the room first but complained when I lifted the sheets. The bathroom is ok while the room is quite dirty. We used our own towels. At least they had functioning AC, WiFi and warm water. The worst part is the noise at night and the smell of food and fire. We heard everything from the street, the corridor and the neighbouring rooms. So sleep was only possible between 1am and 6am. Try to avoid this hotel. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
