    I had a major surgery done in New Delhi and 3 days before my hospital discharge I was looking up online for a hotel to recuperate. The hospital management recommended this hotel so I asked my boyfriend who is in Sydney to do the bookings for me. When he checked the hotel, it says "For Indian Nationals Only". He rang the hotel to find out if this hotel is for Indian nationals only and the staff said no, that ALL NATIONALITIES are welcome except PAKISTANIS. I am a New Zealander so he proceeded to book a room and paid it straight away as they have a "12-hour reservation policy" otherwise it will be canceled. On the day of my hospital discharge, I went straight to the hotel with my Indian interpreter. The receptionist that I have spoken to was straight up to tell me in English, "Maam, we have a strict Indian Nationals only policy". My interpreter explained how the booking was made and it was clear that I am ok to stay there, she even negotiated to let me stay because I just had surgery but failed. I asked for a manager but he gave me a customer care number. It was a horrible, horrible, disgusting experience. This hotel should not be advertised in any travel sites.... More

    In December 2016, I stayed in this property for almost a month and to be honest, I only have positive things to say about this property. The staff was very cooperative, food was amazing, room was well organized and clean, washroom was clean. I gave them my room preference and I was accommodated accordingly. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Oyo Rooms. Well done!... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
