    Till date I never wrote such a type of review. Maybe this one was the most awful experience for us. Very first I would like to clear that there are 2 hotels one is O2 Oxygen and the other is O2 VIP just a building apart. Google maps show wrong address for O2 VIP that is near Haldiram store. Wasted so much time on that congested road. When we reached there they explained that we were in a wrong building and the staff helped us to shift our luggage to O2 VIP. We had a room on 2nd floor and as soon as I entered the room I realized that this was not the room I booked (surely not for ₹ 4365/- just for few hours. Check in at 8 pm and check out at 6.30am) But didn't react as my receipt was in the name of O2 VIP. The room was too small and was a task to open our large bags. May be sufficient for the people on business tour. But definitely not suitable for family. The aile was full of cigarette smell. The bathroom also was very small with nonfunctional geyser and flickering lights. The intercom was dead so I called the hotel from my mobile and to my surprise the call received by O2 Oxygen staff. It means since my reservation I was talking to O2 Oxygen staff but we're never cleared that our booking was from O2 VIP. We were too tired to complain about all these issues also we had a early flight to catch ( that's the reason we booked the hotel near airport). While leaving in the morning at 6.30 am, at the billing counter, they kept some sandwiches, small tetra packed juice like frooti, bananas ready as a breakfast for the people leaving early which was very thoughtful in my view at that point. As we're late I requested the staff to pack sandwiches for both of us and grabbed two small tetrapacks of juice. At the airport when I opened the packets we noticed that they gave us just a slice of bread ( one triangular portion) in each packet. I felt so humiliated can't explain.     Stayed here on a short business trip. Quality service and the staff is polite. Food is decently good. Only thing negative is that rooms are very small in size so you feel a little claustrophobic inside.... More

    Pretty good with some minor issues

    Overall, strategic location, very close to the Airport and Kaikhali. Reception is nice and welcoming. Staff are generous and courteous. Lift is a little congested but its fine. The room was fairly large, with a nice bathroom. If the Air Conditioner was facing the bed, it could have been better. However its complemented with the fan above the bed. Room service was nice, but with mild delay. Breakfast was really nice, warm and cozy. The only thing I could add, is to allow FREE Airport pickups and transfer, as the distance is really too less, and the price of the rooms are already high enough to make up for the airport transfer. Charging extra Rs315 for airport transfer is unnecessary and unjustifiable. Thats all. Rest perfect. Room prices could be a bit low.... More

    Best for business and transit travelers

    Located 5 mins from airport, this hotel is the best place for transit passengers. The room service is offered 24 hours. They even made non spicy food for the kids at 2 am in the morning. Check in is fast and trouble free. The rooms and clean and decent. It has got all modern facilities you need for a nights stay. Would highly recommend for transit and business purposes . ... More

    Not very great in terms of ambience or room service. But they are efficient and since it is on the main road across the airport great place to stay put if you have work in areas close by. Traffic can be bad so plan accordingly.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
