    The hotel is located in T Nagar.just 30 min away from airport.The room is spacious but bathrooms are having leaky taps bathtubs are not repaired since installations.The maintenance needs improvement.The food also average.the staff in not courteous because most of the travellers to this hotel are of free stay from their club membership....     Horrible unfriendly staff and poor cleanliness

    I had been to this hotel only once and I would never stay here again. I selected this because it was close to all my relatives houses and close to shopping and TTD temple. I regretted choosing this hotel. The service is very poor. The staff are very rude and would never attend to your needs. The breakfast quality is so so. In general I found the stay horrible.... More

    It is a good hotel and hassle free one. The biggest USP is the location. Right in the middle of T-Nagar. Pondy Bazaar is a few minutes walk from here. I stayed when I was a trainee in my company. It felt like home.... More

    I stayed here in Sakityan hotel for one night . The room was quite good, even though not very spacious. The linen looked little bit old, but clean. I think time to be replaced.     I had been to this hotel for a business trip. The good thing about this hotel is location. It is near to the airport and US visa consulate. They offer a good breakfast. The good points end here. Now the bad things (the list is quite long). They have a very bad customer service. They will not even call an auto/cab for you. The reception guys say, it does not come under their responsibility. The room AC is very weak, even after telling repeated times, they were not able to fix it. Room service here is chargeable. You need to pay additional money to clean your room. The restaurant is over price. None of the items follow the rate charge. The said the rates are increased/changed. When I have asked the new rate and menu cards, they said it is still not in place but they have started with the new rates from the customers, Bunch of cheaters. Rooms are not up to the mark against the money they are charging. Bathroom is very old style. They are only interested on your money, not providing the service. Reception is pathetic, get a life man. Their wifi is very weak. The connection did not catch for the whole of first night. Even after repeating many times they did not listen. I got the wifi connection from second morning only, that too very weak. I will not recommend others at this hotel.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
