    I have visited this place in the month of August and stayed for a night. My first experience after travelling almost 14-16 hrs from Delhi to Manali by bus. I need to take a long walk inside the streets of manali to reach the hotel. Food is not good. Breakfast is okay. But as i was very tired i can get good sleep on the comfort cozy bed provided.     The hotel is very near to Manali Mall Road. It takes only 3 mins to reach Mall Road. Rooms are well decorated and very clean. Some of the rooms are very spacious. All the rooms have 24 hrs hot water supply. Actually it's value for money. Only thing you have to avoid , "Laundry Service " My experience is very bad with laundry service.... More

    We booked two honeymoon suites via make my trip but hotel gave us standard room and said there is no honeymoon suites available..than we tried continue chasing make my trip, but the commitment and service they gave is pathetic( completely unprofessional)...Hotel manager never come to us to resolve problem...everyone in hotel was just lied ....we strongly recommend that do not go for this hotel...Location wise it is inside in streets, food was pathetic .. breakfast you can not imagine ...only 3 staff n 1 cook with illtrate manger is available...and please do not rely on MMT Assurance...due to MMT we have to stayed there otherwise we were going to other hotel....still MMT not resolved our problem and hotel send false feedback to them....... CHOICE IS YOURS... More

    VERY BAD HOTEL do not visit this place they have no access to outside mall road pathetic place. I booked this hotel through OYO and they are also completely unhelpful and very worst service? I will Never use oyo again and also this hotel, ambience is very bad, i can drainage passing out of the room, also people near the window, zero privacy.... More

    Well the two things I liked about this hotel was the beautiful dog they have and the amazing view of Himalayas. But customer service really needs lot of improvement. They have tie up with Oyo but the standard dint match . they dint specify about what's complimentary and what's not. And on top of that argued. Made us stand in reception to get a room even after prebooking as their printer was not working. Not happy at all.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
