Wosrt hotel we have ever seen

We(as a Travel agent) book this hotel for our client who planned family trip to manali. While booking they inform us to check rooms images online..We found hotel rooms are in good condition. However on arrival they were 2 alloted dirty and 3rd class rooms. Leaking Walls and ceiling but no raining outside, room is under maintenance and smelling, geyser wires are opened that could harm electrical hazard yo our kids. After all we got rooms changed but same issue persisted. Finally client decided to adjust with same rooms. This has completely spoiled our relationship with client.
We were surprised that how come basic facilities are not maintained. When u book hotel u expect basic and hygiene factors in place but all failed..
Do not ever book this hotel if ur planning to stay in manali. I would rate them (-) 2 star hotel due to kind of rooms alloted to us at first place. We also shared feedback with hotel manager Omprakashji however no response received even after 3days.

It was a wonderful experience at Hotel new river west manali, The staff were very humble and helpful.The owner himself came to welcome us and i would like to appreciate his effort. i will highly recommend it to everyone to have an experience at hotel new river.
If its one of your last options , you don't have choice else try to avoid

Rooms are big, but dirty stinking, bathrooms don't have clean floors . I haven't seen a single staff during my stay. Buffet is overpriced , go to the market and eat . Since it was booked by an agent for us, we couldnt have done anythin but if you have a chance do avoid.

Hello, we stayed at Hotel New River West in June 2016, it was a family trip of 20. the rooms look like what they show on website, butt there is an unbearable smell in every room, the staff, specially the Manager was very inhospitable, he will not listen to any of the request from your side. Food was very bad quality too, they served us kacchi sabji and daal. finally we had to stop eating at hotel. overall it was below average stay, on our several requests to manager he said its peak season, and we have no problem of getting our rooms booked, if you leave.

Got tour pkg from TripTapToe and landed in a troublesome atmosphere where no welcome, no hospitality, no house keeping, no food & room service sense, no fans (forget AC) ---overall 3rd class hotel full of insects and flies.
