But Kenilworth provided us what we expected from dem. There services wer good. It is located at 10 min walkable distance from manali market area. It is good to choose hotel as u can easily get ur needed essentials from nearby shops. U can also get vehicles , buses facilities to explore places. ... More

    Worst room and services i ever saw.. Never want to even see the hotel.rating one is only for food. Otherwise hotel has Uncleaned and smoky rooms. Don't only book by photos available on webpage. Don't book until it's a last option.... More

    Worst stay of my life. Dont book until its your last option

    Giving 1 star because this is the minimum one can give. the property actually deserves -ve rating. We stayed in room 215 which is a suite. The room rent was 3800 per night and the services they provided were below a single star property. The room was not clean when we checked in, and there was terrible smell in room after 6 pm. When contacted room service, they disconnected the phine in between and when we approached the reception, the fat bald receptionist said "toh kya ho gya agar phone kaat diya". He was so rude you feel like loosing your control and do something u dont want to. They didnt provided any room freshener to help and we had to spray our own perfumes to have proper breath. The room service acted similarly when we ordered food and were rude over phone call. The ice they provided was so bad that it looked like milky water when it melted completely. They bed sheets were torned and there were big holes in both bed sheets. The towels had lipstick and yellow stains on them. The blanket had cigarette ash on it. The tray with glasses and drinking water looked as if it was never cleaned. No water bottles, no electric kettle, CRT Tv with local himachali channels, geyser didnt worked in one of the rooms, no vanity kits, dirty washrooms. The coffee vending machine tray was not cleaned and water was spilling down. You would get your pants and feet/shoes stained if you go near to have coffee/tea. The glasses had cracked edges and were bad enough to cut you lips if you are not careful. It was a complete disaster. Worst hotel stay in my life so far !!... More

    We stayed in this property from June 1-3, 2018 (total two night) and here are all the pros and cons in detail: Pros: Only one that it is located on Mall road. Cons: 1. As soon as you enter the property, it gives you a strong negative feeling. 2. Rooms are below average and untidy. 3. There is no ceiling fan in the rooms, they will provide a small fan on request. 4. No mineral water bottles, tea coffee maker in the room. 5. Breakfast & dinner is very limited and tasteless. Also they repeat the same menu everyday. 6. Management is least bothered about guest problems. They always say NO to everything. 7. A typical smell prevails all the time in hotel, which makes it very inconvenient to spend time here.... More

    Had a very good and a satisfying stay here but the month of stay was Deember. Heater was a must. I stayed there for 3 days. First day... the heater didn't work at all. From second day, I requested a new one which did not produce heat. Must improve!!!!... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
