    When we checked in the hotel we were given a dirty room that had clear signs of having being used from other guests without being refreshed. Moreover the room had a shared toilet with other rooms but nothing about it was mentioned at time of reservation. After spotting a rat in the corridor we decided to complain and after a long discussion we were finally given another room with private bathroom (which was better but still moldy). The absence of windows in the room and the company of cockroaches did not contribute to change our negative impression of the hotel. Only point in favour is the very low rate.... More

    friendly staff, location not the best, but fine for the budget traveller

    My Mom and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I can't say it was ideal to be honest, but for the shoestring budget traveler, it is a bed to sleep in. The bathroom was a shared bathroom for everyone on the top floor- staff included and it was filthy - it reeked of urine and was grimy - this was the downside as it was clear it hadn't had a good clean in ages. I had to wash it down myself each and every time I needed to use the bathroom to try and get rid of the smell. Having said that - there was warm water available for a shower in the evenings. The rooms are tiny - ours just fitted 2 single beds inside, but after a long day walking South Mumbai, all one needs is a clean bed to sleep in.. The mattresses are very thin and my elderly Mum battled, so I asked reception if we could have a spare mattress to put on top of my Mums one - they told us it was not possible - despite seeing mattresses in the hallway. So, my reviews are mixed - did we find better accommodation in our travels? - Yes we did; Would I book this hotel again? - No; Would I recommend it to other travelers? - If you are on a budget and are not too worried about the location of the dirty bathrooms and merely looking for a place to sleep - yes....     Bad service.. rude staff

    I and my dad stayed there for 3 days. Rooms are small and charges are high, usual in mumbai. It was a convenient location for us and most of the time we were out so stay was ok, but while cheking out we had less cash so decided to pay by card but the counter staff refused to accept saying he dosent have card machine and i had paid advance in cash so i should pay in cash(WTF!!). Then another sarcastic person came and told he din't have POS facility so we need to pay at his another branch if we want to pay by card and he made us walk for almost 3km with his staff to the other branch there the other guy who was rude enough to shoot my temper charged us 3% extra as they had #payumoney POS and its company policy to charge extra....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
