    I am very sorry to say that the hotel is zero in its amenities. Telephone, geyser, light plugs were not working. I was totally disgusted the moment we entered the hotel. But since we had paid for three days I was forced to compromise. I left the hotel in two days then. There is no parking space of the hotel and you have to park the car in a pay parking. Overall experience not good. I would not recommend this place for a family... More

    Got room no .107. First room on ground floor. Very dirty bed linen. No intercom n bell to contact reception. Tv wasn't working n the staff exchanged the remote from another room on the 2nd day. Our overnight bus reached by 6.30 am. N doors were closed till 7pm. Inspite of messaging the owner .we were left shivering in d cold. Gyser doesn't work. N they ration out 3/4 bucket lukewarm water per per person. No refund is given even if you cancel ur booking 3 days in advance. Rs.1500 per room is open robbery for zero amenities crappy hotel ...     Budget hotel but lacking ammenties

    We booked the hotel through ibibo during long weekend of 26th January. We got a good deal and booked it for two days for 1300 Rs only. As far as location of Hotel is concerned, it is in market area, so it is good. Walls of the Hotel are very thin, you can hear what other person is saying next to your room or even in gallery if someone is speaking to other person, you can hear it. And our bad luck, there were college students next to our room who wouldn't sleep before 2 AM in morning and was quite disturbing, even though complaint was done, but still hotel staff didn't ask them to keep their voice low. In morning, there is too much annoyance from taxi drivers, during our stay daily 2-3 Taxi drivers will knock on door and ask if we want to book cab. This is very annoying actually, if I want I can book it myself by going down, no need to come to our room and disturb. And for hot water, which is needed in winters in Mahabaleshwar, they don't have geyser in bathroom, you will have to call reception to get bucket of hot water. Price is too much, we had breakfast in hotel for two people which costed 280 Rs just for breakfast. Overall I didn't liked the hotel, not good for couple, for solo-travellers or groups of friends, it is fine.... More

    We spend 3 night 4 days in nells. hotel is near a main Market. Hotel is clean and neat. staff are very helpful. they not argue for the tips. Hot water is not in the room so hotel staff will provide the hot water bucket. Food is too costly not quality is also not much good. its better to take a food near hotel at main Market. hotel is good and within the budget.... More

    Hotel Nells is an ok hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Had been here for 3 days/ 2 nights and I felt this hotel lacked quite a lot. To start with the rooms looked in need of some serious makeover. Regd the restaurant of the hotel, the food was good but too pricey and the service was lousy at times. Overall if you're going for a leisure trip try some better hotels unless you're on a very tight budget. One good thing about staying here is its proximity to the taxi stand, market and church....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
