    The things that I loved during our stay in this hotel @ Manali are as under 1. Neat and clean and Spacious room with Comfortable beddings. 2. All staff members of hotel were well dressed and looking gentlemen. They were all very friendly and their service delivery was also very good. 3. Breakfast and Dinner were prepared and kept in very hygienic condition. Food was very tasty and delicious. 4. Room service was also very good. During our stay of 4 days at hotel, we did not come across any difficulty. We personally recommend this hotel for your convenient and cherishable holiday.     Booked three rooms on third floor of this hotel for three days between 30th April to 2nd May 2016. Though, the hotel was recently renovated, we checked out on 1st May due to the following reasons; 1. There's nothing much to see in Manali for three days. 2. As soon as we checked-in, the electricity went off. Power came after 1 hour. 3. Poor plumbing system - Toilet flush not working in one room. They gave alternative room. Constant water leakage from Shower points & wash basins. 4. TV's not working.... 5. Worst food!! Please never have food at this place. 6. Cabs booked by the hotel for sightseeing at highly inflated rates!!! We don't care attitude. Even if you complain........ More

    nice hotel with very very good and quick staff response really appreciate that.. very good view and pocket friendly hotel.. always prefer the road side view.... best hotel in manali First time i visit there in manali and the experience was very good but in this trip my experience becomes totally good. the new leasers over take the hotel & really they maintained the hotel in very proper as well as in the professional way like the other 5star hotels do....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
