    Don't waste your time or money

    Absolutely shocking manners and behaviour from the staff, we paid for our room in advance and they gave it away. I paid online and rang in advance to let them know we would be arriving during the early hours of the morning due to our train being delayed and they told me it was no problem at all and there would be someone to let us in. We arrived at 3:30 am to spend 30 minutes stood at reception not knowing why we weren't being taken to our room and the one man who did speak English pretended not to understand what was happening, and then told us after a long wait that our rooms have been given to someone else and they have no space for us. Eventually we were taken to a different hotel, we went along with them as it was late and had no other option. They offered us a room with ripped bed sheet, bugs everywhere and a smashed up bathroom. We refused to pay the same price as the room we had booked at Neha Inn and they would not give us a full refund even after we decided not to stay at either hotel. The problem was completely created by poor management and awful staff. Absolute rip off merchants, I would not recommend either hotels, don't waste your time or money staying here.... More

    The bed was very dirty. There was still poop in the toilet. The staff is very friendly when you check in. But when you have to pay they want to charge extra costs. And they force you to book a trip at the hotel. The staff is very loud and noisy at night. When I asked for toilet paper they asked a ridiculous amount, 6 times the amount in a shop. All together do not go to this hotel, there are much better options for the same price in the neighborhood.... More

    Travelling as a family 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Nice clean hotel. We had a family room with two double beds, bathroom had lots of nice hot water and the shower was clean and easy to use. Staff very attentive, no hard sell for trips. We had room which is internal and has no windows, no street noise and good air con. Food was ok, due tower their didn't use the roof garden. They are clearly trying to update the hotel and doing well. We would use this again.... More

    The location of the hotel is okay, along with many other hotels. We were promised complimentary wireless Internet, but when we reached there, we were informed that wireless Internet was available only in the lobby, and not in the rooms. The size of the TV was very small. The bathroom could've been larger. Overall, if you're slightly low on budget, you may go for this one, but there might be better options out there.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
