    Average budget hotel located near landmark of city Town hall. Exterior elevation & structure of hotel is looking very good. But inside the room its look of average hotel's room. There is non-ac room also. Check-in was prompt & smooth. Room service's staff taking a time little bit longer. It is suitable for short stay of 3-4 hours. not worthy for long stay.... More

    I checked into this budget hotel last week, but was disappointed with the room and overall ambience. ofcourse they do not charge much, and the hotel is conveniently located. the room service and housekeeping is good, but the room had windows opening into the corridor so I could not keep the curtains open....     hi all, i stayed in this hotel for 4 days and exp was not so great. the room service is very bad. unless and until you don't ask person to clean the room they won't come. the hotel is only good in terms of the location. i will rate average to the service, cleanliness of this hotel.... More

    It was clean. The food as well as the hotel service was even prompt and quick enough. But, two incidents pissed me off. They called me up in the room via the intercom and ask me whether they could fix some curtains. I politely declined. But, they had the audacity to send people to the room and ask "Sir please the payment is due for those curtains only. Please give us some 10 minutes to fix it." When I allow it, they take 25 minutes. And you have to ask them to clean up the mess. The hotel boy cleans it but talks as if he is doing us a favor. While checking out of the hotel, they did not have the receipt from the site where I booked it from and we have to make them understand why it cost us less than the usual amount.... More

    Staff at hotel extremely helpful and friendly, average hotel in process of renovation. Rooms large, a few cockroaches in the bathroom bit was comfortable for the price. Good for a short stay. Staff really made the stay enjoyable. Close to Law Gardens with night market & shops around the corner on main road, nice to visit ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
