After complaining for non working of AC, the only available person of hotel informed that this hotel is sold out and nothing can be done foe any complaint.... More

    Strictly Medium Budget Hotel.

    The best part about the hotel is the location. The hotel is easily accessible from Airport and railway station. However the Rooms are quite old and badly need renovation. The peeling wall papers and leaking bathrooms are eyesores and with a little care the rooms can be really kept well. The staff tries hard to please you but actually look helpless. The surprise was the food which was simple and excellent. Just like home-food. Not like Hotel food where they tend to add lot of masala to enhance the flavor and make it unpalatable. They dont have a thick menu but limited items and the food is served hot and fresh. Do not book cabs through the hotel as the price is quite high. Stick to Ola or other App based cabs. Upper floor rooms are airy. Prefer rooms on the back side as the front side rooms facing Ellis bridge has lot of traffic and the rooms are not sound-proof really. However at 1400/- per night the room was really worth every rupee.... More

    Entire total of the Ahemenabad Hotel Rooms were all booked out because of various 'trade fairs' happening and we had no choice but to stay here. Duvets had no covers for the week - we asked every other day for these. Bed sheets were never changed. Pillow covers were never changed. Towels were only changed if we insisted, they always looked and felt dirty even when replaced. Bathroom empties were never replaced or thrown away. Loo roll was never replaced. Breakfast was hit and miss. Service was either really bad or really good. AC unit did not work in room, even after replacing batteries at our own cost & effort. TV was hit and miss if a 'signal' was present or not. Unfortunately I just be can't be positive with this hotel. I disliked my stay here too much and would never willingly recommend it to anyone I know and like I said before - only if all other hotels are full, should you consider staying here. ... More

    Was there for 2 days with family and booked 5 rooms including one suite... all rooms were dirty in spite the fact we booked long back and confirmed the arrival on call and informed them to keep the rooms clean... but in vain they gave us the keys and when we opened the rooms it was disaster..... ... no service was provided on time... cupboards were broken.... staff were not helpful...horrible experience...... do not waste ur money here........ More

  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
