    Best Veg family vacation hotel in Manali

    Hi all, We had family vacation in May 2017. 2 families( 4adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids). Booked package- 2 Super Deluxe river side/road facing rooms with balcony and 1 extra bed in each room, for 4 nights with breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located on road near to river. Good location, 1.5km from market/mall road. Plus points - - food, really good veg food - view from Hotel garden & balcony - garden and jhula Visitor should consider these points- - good hotel with best veg food in Manali -guests from other hotels come to Natraj for food - reasonably good rooms with nice morning sun light & hill/snow view - hotel is 1.5km from market, so more comfortable if u have vehicle -may not get auto from hotel easily -from market to hotel, auto is easily available(rs.100 one way). -HRTC bus dont stop at hotel so have to take auto from/to bus stop - private bus operator will drop/pick from hotel Note- HRTC volvo buses are just best for travel to Manali. Hotel management should consider these points- - your food and Service are really good, thank you. Below points are just an attempt to help you in turning Best- - setup some indoor games -improve Tea quality in morning breakfast, rest all food area good. Though on request- Staff was happy to serve us special tea once. - add 1-2 more attendents in restaurant, Current staff is doing good in service but need more active attendents. Families with kids need more active help during b/f and dinner. Some additional training will make it really gr8. - put spoons/forks/kniefs on each table or just beside dishes, as its annoying to stand/search for it - fix bread toaster and have few toasted breads available during b/f time - you may check paneer supplier, we found it should be more fresh & soft in dinner curry. We observed Satyam restaurant (in Mall road) served best paneer in curry there. Sharing reference you may consider. -you may arrange camp fire in garden in late evening -local music etc, if feasible - one small slide(for kids under 10) on garden corner side as playarea - arrange complimentory pickup/drop for guest booking 2-3 more day package Overall- Hotel in Manali with best veg food.     I would prefer to go here for a welcoming South Indian breakfast. Chatni was really tasty. Compared to other South Indian restaurants this is far better. Ulunda vadai was little hard but again with coconut chatni everything is ok.... More

In the lap of Nature, this 3 Star hotel is situated at midst of the valley and is on the right bank of the Beas River. Overlooking the snow-capped mountains are 27 rooms, including deluxe and super deluxe rooms with room service. There is an open-air garden restaurant, serving Indian, Chinese, Continental and Gujrati fare to its diners. Guests are also offered indoor and outdoor games for recreation. They can also relax in the garden space, which is maintained with swings and chairs.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
