    Horrible experience! Even after prior booking, the manager gave our rooms away to someone else at a higher price! So if ur opting for prior booking, dont count this one! After a lot of discussion, the manager gave us his servants room as there were no rooms available anywhere! The room was around the drainage system of the hotel, which was open! Hence, smelly and pathetic. It became worst with this hotel becos they did not have water at all, as for bathing, washrooms none! Last but not the least, the staff was very rude, inherited from the manager! No point opting for a hotel which can be a spoiler! Nonetheless, a big NO!... More

    The staff was very Rude and mannerless. The owner of the place is a big fraud, liar, coward, indisciplined, hypocrite and cheater. This is not a hotel but a hell. We booked 2 rooms 1 month back from their official website by paying 100% advance payment. When we reached there we found that our booked rooms were resold to someone else for 2 times more than the original price. At first the owner was not even ready to accept that we had booked the rooms. After agreeing he casually disregarded us saying that 'take your money and forget you made any bookings'. While we were shouting and screaming on him he secretly cancelled our booking from his computer. This place was terrible. Do not ruin your vacation, mood and precious time of your life by entering this pathetic hotel. ... More

    Its a normal hotel to stay. The rooms are not highly maintained, but for a while you can stay at this hotel. Hotel view is good. Staff is little co operative. Food of this hotel is hygenic. Rooms are little spacious.... More

    Fantastic views from the balcony and a room is very cheap compared to its competition in Shimla. The rooms are in need of an update, they were fairly clean though. The food was ok in the restaurant. The manager(?) was very helpful booking our bus the next day on his own account and sorting out any other queries we had.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
