    unfriendly and impolite. We sent an email asking for information before our arrival, without response. When we arrived we talked about it and the receptionist immediately understood what email it is. So he had read the mail but did not answer, probably by idleness. When we need him we have the impression to disturb him, he is slumped on the desk watching an action movie with a very high volume. The bedding of the room looked clean, however the floor was not swept at all, moreover there were many cockroaches, we had to close all bags and kits after each use. The fan ran only at full power, so very noisy and too windy, and the hotel in general was very noisy, moving noises, like moving beds until 1am (though we did not are not very sensitive to noise!). We slept for about 3h that night and we regret that we had not slept at the airport on the floor, saving 700 rupees for the same quality of sleep !... More

    Poor communication. We arrived late from our flight and had emailed to see whether we could arrange a pick up - no reply. The man made it very clear that we must be out of the hotel by 11 and there was no wifi Dirty and stained bedding, alongside the entire room feeling filthy and damp. No water in the hotel on offer for us to drink Some sockets had blown and were marked on the wall. Some sockets didn't work. Not very convincing to use when I had previously been electrocuted. Bathroom - no toilet roll, no hot water, shower barely worked, toilet was disgusting, sink tap didn't work Overall I would not recommend this place. We payed 700 rupees for 10 hours. This hotel needs to either be dramatically reduced in price for a night or be closed down!... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
