Worst stay i've ever had. Awful rooms infested with rats, i had to change my room 3 times and still rats. The staff are horrible and kitchen is filthy. I would not recommend it for anyone ever. If it wouldn't been for manali i would never have stayed there

Food is horrible , kitchen is not for human use , rooms full of rats and insects , workers are rude , they dont understand english , they smoke drugs in reception and one of them harass one of our friends,they dont reply for your help as a brief the worst hotel ever
Quiet with good room service

We were the only guest during the 5 days we stayed there. Very quiet setting with woods to the back where our room looked on to. Room was clean and good size but the bathroom could stand a little more care to bring it to the standard we were paying for. Breakfast was included in the price and was delivered to our room within a reasonsble amount of time given the truly primitive kitchen. Good food and portion size and reasonable prices. We ate dinner there a couple of time. The owner spoke little English but was helpful. Beautiful view up the river from the open air eatery across the street. Longish walk to town or Rs70 auto ricksha was the best price we got. We booked through a travel agency while in Delhi upon our arrival in India. Pretty sure you can do better in a guest house. We enjoyed our stay.

I was put up at 4th floor & in morning water used to stop when others are using it. I wanted a fused bulb changed near mirror & was given asscuse that it is not available in market for 3 days. Dining area is terribly untidy similar to kitchen. Manager can argue your on petty things & genuine requests.
Average Service, Poor Attitude of Owner

I liked the location of the hotel. Rooms are average. Food is average - breakfast was good but we happened to order dinner one night and we had to leave it and go elsewhere to eat. The owner is a very angry and mannerless person who got heated up over a matter of Rs.50. And that too when it was his mistake. Our trip ended at a sour note.
