    They don't accept Local ID proof

    I had an embarrassing moment when I booked a room for one of my technicians in my crew who is from Chennai, but from a distant location. To avoid him making him to travel overnight, I booked a room in this nearby hotel. Only when we were about to check-in, they said, rooms are not given for people who have a Local ID proof.     Firstly they have a problem of mixed genders staying In together ! They don't have an option in the app or web to select gender (Still Sexist) None of their room toilet doors shut properly so you literally have to ask no one to enter as you can't lock! The staff has a lot of attitude and are super rude to you if you don't follow their said. Rooms are not worth the price so make sure you never book this place nor use OYO ever! 0 on 5! ... More

    I have been to this hotel twice. It says it is a 3 star hotel but the facilities are not enough of a worth of 3 star. Dirty rest rooms and leaking AC's are not acceptable.The complimentary breakfast was bad. the only advantage is this hotel is located 10 mins drive from airport and is very close to metro station....     We stayed here for two nights and booked through oyo for 8 adults because place was just 4 km from Airport. Rooms were strictly OK. Breakfast of Idli, utappam was served in restaurant on ground level. We faced several issues like hot water problem, untidy public areas and washroom. Hotel must understand that breakfast Must be served hot n not cold. We requested Guy at buffet to get it hot and he straight away denied 'Ye wapas garam nai hoga' and we were surprised to his answer. On complaining to front desk Ppl they got it served hot next morning. I would recommend people to ask hotel prior to booking whether everything will be in proper order or not.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
