    1 star is generous for this absolute pathetic scum hole. Start to finish this hotel (if you can call it that) was a complete joke. When we arrived at reception we were literally grunted at; no welcome, no hello and no common courtesy whatsoever. They then tried to charge us 704 rupees a night, despite the asking price on booking.com being 600 rupees. After much disputing, they finally agreed to give us the room for 600, but then downgraded us to a room without AC. They said that we should pay a higher price because we are from the U.K and have more money than them. We then asked to arrange an airport shuttle (as the hotel description on booking.com said they offer this) but they said they do not offer this but they would take us for 300 rupees, which is absolutely extortionate and they were trying to completely rip us off. This journey should cost approx 50 rupees (100 max). The drive from the hotel to the airport is approx. 5-8 mins, we only chose to stay here because it was close to the airport and as two young travellers on a budget, we thought we would be saving money. When we were trying to discuss this with the guy on reception, he was watching something on his phone and would occasionally roll his eyes up at us and grunt "300 rupees". An absolute joke from start to finish, would definitely not stay here or recommend it to anyone. We felt so unsafe and it put a real sour taste in our mouths for our final night in India. Oh and the toilet flush doesn't work, so god help the poor soul that cleans our Delhi belly toilet. Cheers for nothing :) ... More

    this was good and improved in comparison to my last visit to hotel. rooms were found neat and clean including balcony and toilet. tv was also working well and room service for food was also good. staff are good and well behaved. this was enjoyable at the lowest cost specially nearby Airport....     This is budget class hotel with decent behaviour of staffs. Specious room with small balcony . It has improved it's standar and now it is budget worthy .it is just nearby IGI AIRPORT which is suitable to stay at budget rate . I liked behaviour of Mr.ravi who is currently looking after the arrangements to render benchmark services to the customers.... More

    the hotel is very small , and budget class, but the ambience is ok , the staff are helpful, , its very hard to get so quite room near the airport, this hotel surrounded by lush green , neem tree, the room have balcony and window which is very good, the price is reasonble and services is so so , although we can not demand more than that at this so low prices....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
