    By far the worst hotel I’ve imagined

    To call this place a hotel is a joke. There are no words I can truly describe how disgusting this place is. My travel agent Bharat Bookings recommended this horror of a place and I’m still wondering what was the other option if I didn’t upgrade the tour from standard to “deluxe”. I have lots to complain about but I’ll stick to the key ones. The bed sheets have stains that look like dried blood and even after changing sheets there are shadows of brown stains all over. The pillow cases hide a disgusting oily pillow that I regret touching in the first place. We asked for a change of pillowcase and all the guy did was put another dirty pillowcase over the first one. The room has an air conditioner that rattles all night. And the floor is so dirty I wonder when did they ever mopped it. The street the hotel is located in is a seedy district with barking dogs and beggars loitering around. There’s a police post with at least a dozen armed policemen just round the corner that makes me all the more nervous. The furniture is all broken and the closet has rusty nails sticking out. I have a scratch that I’m considering getting a tetanus jab when I get back. There’s a raindrop shower head but the spray goes everywhere except on your body so it’s like showering in the rain with an invisible umbrella. I could write more but by now you probably would have made the right choice not to stay here. They upgraded us after the first night to a family room but it’s just a bigger room with different stains. This place is the closest thing to staying in a slum.     I have never complain about any hotel or put bad review for hotel unless it goes so horribly wrong. Here’s the list of bad experiences. 1. internet can’t be connected when in the room, only at first floor it can work 2. The room is horribly dirty with pillow case unchanged, bedsheet too. - see picture 3. The air-con really make very loud noises and is really loud. 4. There’s dog barking in the middle of the night if your room window is facing the road. 5. Shower is not hot nor warm; can be chilly. 6. Room is dusty. IT KEPT ME AWAKE WHOLE NIGHT! The next day at 7am, I couldn’t take it and went downstair to ask for a better room. They did the change for a better room but still no internet and the bed frame is full of dust uncovered. - refer to picture. Only changes are bigger room area and air con is fine. Pillow case is still as dirty till I ask them put a proper pillow case for me again. I do hope the boss / founder who read about this have to understand bedsheet has to be change for new guest and air con need to be fix at least! Luckily is hot day I can’t imagine if on cold weather how do you expect your guest to shower. I am now in airport lounge even in this arm chair I feel that it’s still better than the room I am staying in for a rest / for a quick nap.     Pros: 1. Spacious room. 2. Excellent quality of wifi. 3. Friendly staffs. 4. Near convenience store. Cons: 1. Malfunction room card access.     Could be a reasonable budget hotel

    This could be a reasonable budget hotel. The prices were cheap and the accommodation was very basic, but not bad. The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend it to budget travelers, but my friend and myself saw there rats (in the room and the breakfast area connected to the kitchen). This was a serious deal breaker as rats can be dangerous.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
