    I had made a booking for my parents at moments hotel Kolkata. The only reason I chose this hotel was the proximity of this to various hospitals which was the primary reason my parents were in the city. I informed the hotel in advance that my mother is ill And they will reach the hotel in the morning and should be allowed early check in if rooms are available. To the shock of everyone there were rooms available in the hotel still my parents were not allowed to check-in. Upon requesting the hotel told that they have a room and can give for check in but it would accompany half day charge. This is the kind of business they are doing. Upon contacting the hotel they were rude and when asked as why are they charging half day if rooms are already available the staff told that they will ask someone who is already checked in to leave and give the rooms if money is paid. This is not a behaviour to be expected by some one working in hospitality industry as here the only aim of the hotel is to make money at cost of anything.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
