    We visited this hotel in April 2017 situated in an alley surrounded by garages and small workshops with plenty of noise and workers roaming on this street. The hotel is on the first floor without lift and had to carry our luggage without any assistance. The reception people did not care to look for the name in the reservation book and was not at all professional. The rooms were very small with dirty bed sheets and smallest sink with no hot water and did not gave us even one towel. No water in the shower. There was lot of noise on the floor with drunk people shouting all night. I would recommend all visitors not to stay in this hotel single or without family since it is Not suitable for foreigners and also locals. They ripped us also with the hotel charges and the staff is very aggressive. At night the lane is very dangerous near the hotel. We left this place in a very bad mood. Tripadvisor should immediately remove/delete this place that is called hotel from its list of hotels in Mumbai. Very bad and frightening terrible experience.... More

    Good Hotel with small bathrooms

    hello friends I am writing again for my visit in another new hotel at Mumbai. Friends this hotel was good the reason I say is for the cleanness , the good breakfast provided and the location of the hotel. The Hotel is located very near to Mumbai Central so most of the key locations like Marine Drive and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal are near to this hotel. Now talking about the hotel facility I would like to brief the following in terms of cleanness I would give it 9 out of 10, in terms of facilities and staff behaviour I would give it 9 out of 10, in terms of in terms of the size of the room and the bathroom I would give it 5 out of 10 as the size of the room was extremely small even the double bedroom where small and the bathroom was extremely small I believe a fat man could even have difficulty to bath I was slim so managed it pretty well that was the biggest disappointment that I had with this hotel Rest everything was fine one additional thing I would like to point is that they must provide lightning at the top of the mirror as the bathrooms are not adequately lighted. I found the breakfast nice as well as the nature of the hotel staff was very cooperative overall as per value of money is concerned I will give it 6 out of 10 the only marks I am detecting is due to small room size and tiny bathrooms. The hotel is bit far from the airport I hired Ola and I had to spend around 500 bugs reaching there the reason is I had to also cross the sea link so if you don't want to cross the sea link it would consume more time but you can save 60 bugs . So as per your working preference you must select the hotel. I believe that this review has helped some of the travellers. It is my suggestion that if you are travelling alone and there are only 1 or 2 people on for a business trip then this hotel is suitable but with some 3 people living in a single room is not suggested as the rooms are not big enough....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
