    Worst Hotel - Not suggestable for Family

    Today at 7:AM I was checked in with my family. At the time of check-in their reception staff told me that they do not have card facilities for payment. They will charge 3% extra for card payments. Finally they agree not to charge 3% for card payment. But, at the time of check out, they told me that they will charge 4% extra for card payment. When I argue with them, they behaved very rudely and used abuse words with me. Moreover, they have booked room with the condition that they will not issue me a bill. Finally they had not given me any bill. It means they are doing business in black. So, it is advisable not to go with this Hotel.... More

    A good budget hotel

    Hotel is situated near new delhi railway station. As compared other hotels in paharganj this hotel is good because its bit away from overcrowded and compact area. Hotel is clean. Room service is also good. Only problem is that, they have kept telephones at every floor which continuously ring and disturb the peace in room especially at night. However they kept it on silent mode at night after doing the complaint. Overall experience is good. The hotel is giving gold card which offer discount on next visit.... More

    Okay if you are looking for a budget hotel but be aware of the travel agency...

    We stayed in this hotel this September and faced some small problems, like the AC in the room was not working and they were aware that the room's AC does not work but still gave us that room. We were 7 people and took 4 room among which 2 rooms' AC were not working. So, we had to shift to a different room. Everything was okay with that room except for the fact that the bed sheets, pillow cases, carpet or even the towel all looked old and torn. I can not help myself from laughing when I remember that the next day morning when I moved the curtains to have sun in the room I found a wall instead of any open space. But the stuffs were friendly. We hired a bus from their travel agent, that's were we were screwed. They took more money compared to the others and the driver was so ill behaved. We went to Manali and Shimla with this tempo travel and the whole journey was ruined because of this Driver named Yadav. He was all the time thinking about his commission and wanted us to eat or stay in his preferred places so he could earn some extra money. When we refused he started to behave badly. Lastly it went so bad that we had to complain to the tourist police about it and hand over his licence number and the car details. basically it is nice hotel but if you are planning to go somewhere from Delhi rather choose a regular bus or plane or train and hire a car when you reach your desired place....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
