    We were put in this hotel by China Eastern Airlines on a in transit flight. What a terrible experience. As other reviewers stated no one speaks English at this hotel. The hotel shuttle is a shabby bus. The room was freezing. My husband who is always hot wore his outdoor vest to bed. If the any airline offers you this hotel. Do not accept. I would comment on the breakfast, but I couldn't wait to get out of this place.... More

    Transit Hotel Never again

    The hotel check in was a very slow process and staff speak virtually no English there. So after our bus kid arrived I think Norma and I checked in 2nd last and couldn’t wait to get to our room and sleep. Went to open door and massive crack coming down from the top. My bed propped up by some hotel slip on slippers, room stank of mould, oh that’s because of all the mould on the walls. So went to open window but it opened to an old carport with large paint tins everywhere. Ao kept window closed as didn’t want paint smell and mould in room. So turned on aircon and thought we had the Motley Crew playing in the room - but phew it was just the aircon but it didn’t work properly. Beds hard as rocks. Would not recommend this hotel even though we only stayed there in between flights so under 6hrs. ... More

    Don't speak or understand English

    Some dead bugs in room,very cold room temp.Water from shower head was leaking always.Please give yourself a favor,don't stay there.Breakfast area and breakfast is joke.Even simple questions staff has hard time to answer.Free shuttle service is old beat up and driver don't speak any english....     Airchina get us this hotel as transfer hotel, as we had couple hours between our flights. Transfer from airport to hotel was fine, however you know something is wrong when receptionist us sitting there in winter jacket. Long story short, our room was freezing cold, and even though we turn on air con to heat (no regular heater) 7 hours later it was still around 5 degrees there. Do yourself a favor and do not stay there.... More

    China eastern provided a stay at this property after cancelling the flights we booked. Would have definately picked a different hotel if it wasn't being given to me for free. Small rooms but they were fairly clean and beds were comfortable. Our view our the window was totally blocked by next door roof. In kind of a dingy location, nothing nearby to see. Restaurant on property not very good. There was one guy who spoke decent English but when he wasn't around it was nearly impossible to ask even basic questions.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
