    All the wrongs: 1) i tried to contact the hotel 3 times prior to my arrival asking them by email (through booking.com) to arrange a taxi to pick me up from the airport. They never replied. 2) it says on their website that the hotel is open 24h, when i arrived at 4am in the morning (i had booked the night before and mentioned it in every email i sent them i would arrive in the middle of the night) and the doors were completely closed, we had to bang very loudly on the door and ring andvshout for 10 minutes and someone finally showed up. 3) THE NOISE: at 6.30 am i started to hear people going up and down the stairs and loud banging above my head: it turned out that it was builders climbing 5 flights of stairs and droping heavy piles of bricks every ten seconds on the terrace, this lasted for about and hour and a half. Impossible to sleep. Later that same morning i went to reception asking if this was gonna be everyday and they said no “only today”. So i forgot about it and just endure the heavy drilling and hammering noise that lasted until 10pm the same day. Next morning again 6.30 am: same circus! So i decided i wanted to leave the hotel because i needed to rest, went to reception asked to check out and they said that if i leaved i had to pay for the 4 nights even if i stayed only 2. I understand the terms and conditions but when you book a hotel you can’t imagine you won’t be able to sleep in it! So they changed my room instead, telling me that on the first floor it would be much quieter. It wasn’t. Third morning, SAME THING but from 5AM!!!!!!! I went down to reception, in tears because it was the third consecutive night that i couldn’t sleep. Poor staff couldn’t do anything for me. In the afternoon i met the manager and asked for a discount on the room. I thought it was only fair because they didn’t deliver the service i paid for. HE REFUSED. In the end they said they would give me 10% discount on the restaurant. Not only it was not sufficient compensation for the inconvenience caused but also my complain was not about the restaurant which was actually really good but about the hotel itself. The day i actually checked out reception did not know about the 10% discount and they offered me my last bill which was 2 beers for a 100 roupies... total paid for my stay: 11000 roupies... so they “refunded” 0,01 %. It was 2 weeks ago and i still feel like the hotel should refund me part of it. The goods: 1) the restaurant: actually really good food and nice staff 2) the room itself was quite nice 3) reception staff was quite helpful with taxi and were sorry that i couldn’t sleep but once again, management could not have cared less. Conclusion: if it wasn’t for the noise and the way this was handled by management i would have written a much better review. For the same price you can find somewhere much better to stay. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
