    On face value (around £15 per night) it's a good hotel, Wi-Fi is good (better than the other hotels on the trip) rooms are reasonable especially for the price, staff are very friendly, food in house but also a great restaurant at the corner of the street (not even a minute from the hotel entrance) India and Delhi are not for the faint hearted, so go with open eyes....     Think twice before choosing this hotel. Very terrible experience. Personally i dont recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family members and even to strangers. - Couldn't take shower (water shortage). - Had to wait for more than an hour for hotel staff to checkout WTF reason accountant was on the way. - No slippers in wash room....     We stayed here as part of a tour and wouldn’t recommend. The bedroom had no window and the shower wasn’t very clean. On 2 separate days there was no hot water in the shower despite running the water for a while (as informed by reception) so we had to have freezing showers, in some rooms there was no water at all. Breakfast is ok but abit overpriced. There is a nice rooftop area. I had a taxi arranged by the hotel to take me out on a day tour of Delhi, the hotel stated it was one of their taxis and their driver. The driver was very rude and took me to an indoor market insisting that I get out the car because I was his ‘ticket’. I refused to get out the car and he sat there insisting I get out for approx 5 mins until he eventually continued with the journey. This was very unprofessional and not good when you are a female on your own. Otherwise the hotel staff were friendly and happy to help out. ... More

    i visited this place with my family of 5 members and the rooms and staff were good but the food was just ok (complimentary breakfast was much better than the food served for lunch and dinner). i had booked the hotel for 4 nights but i was given rooms in another hotel for 2 nights sighting maintenance and i was not very comfortable with the alternate hotel. so make sure that no maintenance works are going on while booking metro view. ...     Turned up late one night after a long flight to Delhi from Kl to start an Intrepid Tour. The staff were very prompt and helpful and quickly had us up into our rooms. Overall it was a grat location and close to the markets and the Metro which we used to go to into Delhi. Breakfast was available although basic but that was all that was needed. Rooms were clean, had hot water showers, free wifi, satellite tv with english speaking channels being available. After the tour was finished we utilised this hotel to meet up with friends staying here and the staff were friendly and accommodating.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
