Rooms are tiny. Facilities too basic, have a cable TV, seating area and work desk. The in-house restaurant, Dosa Hut serves Indian regional vegetarian dishes. Room service is available for 24-hour. Overall affordable
Very poor ambience.. Not a Hotel...

I had no other choice and hence i tumbled upon this ..
This is nothing but a mansion.. and not fit for stay for days with family.. Poorly maintained Rooms, poor approach to rooms..
If you are traveling with family, better avoid.
People at reception were Ok..

Frankly, what you look for in a hotel are several things. First, service with smile. Second, upkeep of the premises.
One can understand if the premises are not refurbished. But, if they are not cleaned up, serviced well and if basic service ethos are found wanted,
it is better such property is avoided in future.
To put on record, I regretted staying there even for a few hours. One cannot expect luxuirious interiors in the price one pays but one does expect a cup of tea to be served from the outlet in the ground floor, one does expect hot water to be made available within a reasonable timeframe but that does not happen.
So, I have no intention to be there again.
DO NOT STAY HERE

this is by far the worst place we stayed while in india.
we made a booking on booking.com a few days before our intended stay and when we (4 girls) arrived late at night the owener (presumably) was rude and simply said we dont have a booking despite showing him our confirmation email. he was rude and unhelpful and was quite happy to have 4 girls wonder the streets of mumbai late at night to find somewhere else to stay.
the area the "hotel" is in is awful. unsafe and in the middle of nowhere. even if this place was nice i wouldnt have stayed here on those grounds.
after an argument where he continued to just sit there and state we didnt have a booking he said that we could have the last room left if his place. (doubtful it was the last room). it was a 3 person room (for 4) and it was tiny and disgusting. to add insult to injury he tried charging us for having an extra person in the room. he refused to give us the remote for the AC so 4 girls shared a double bed and single bed pushed together. it was unclean and disgusting and ridiculously hot. the bathroom was awful too.
in the morning on TWO occassions members of staff walked into the room without knocking. on one occassion 2 girls were changing. the room only had a few rusty nails to keep unwanted visitors out.
the whole hotel was horrible and felt unsafe to us girls. it was a hotel for indian men basically. there was no women and no westoners. it is our belief that there wasnt a room for us as the manager had given our reserved room to some indian people...thankfully he did becuase we got out of there and found somewhere much much nicer! (bentley churchgate!)
