    Simple and decent accommodation for business travel

    Was on an overnight's stay on business purpose.Conveniently situated in between Arumbakkam and Vadapalani Metro stations, it is easily approachable from Koyambedu. Cleanliness of room and bathroom was well maintained.Linen used was clean. Breakfast served was wholesome and tasty.Facilities are limited and basic, but are made up for, for any business traveler by the price and cleanliness. Would not mind staying again for business trips.... More

    I stayed at metropark for four days.. it is a budget but well maitained hotel... it was very clean i went there.. also it is a safety place.. i didnt have any complaints... they had a restaurant which the food was tasty n clean.. very cheap than other outside restaurants.. this trip was the 1st time visit 2 india.. had a very good experience.. also this is in vadapalani which was the center for all the places like airport, tnagar, marina beach n sathyam cinema.. there was a mall called vijaya forum mall whch was close to this hotel.. there u can get anything also a super maket at da ground floor.. opposite the mall was the avm studio.. next to dat adyar ananda bhavan whr u get da best sweets.. this hotel was the best choice for us.. and the ppl who r wrkng r vry frndly n polite... i didnt hve any trouble here... really enjoyed my trip with my hubby.....     I was looking for a place in Chennai and saw a deal for about 1200 a night here. I am familiar with Chennai so took this place. It is a good place if you are a single male traveler or with a group of friends. I wouldnt recommend this place for family or couples, because the area is not the best. The staff is friendly, the food is ok, but as the location is in city there are many options. Obviously, I had some problems when I came after 1, but for the price I paid, I couldnt ask for more. I stayed there for 3 nights and the AC was working which was the most important thing. The washroom was clean. The room was small but self sufficient. Again, for the price, the hotel is worth it. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
