    We were made to stay there for a day by our tour operator on the way to Ladakh. We were 5 persons and were given 2 rooms in the 4th floor. Both rooms were having dampened walls, stincting smell, sofa with layers of dust, TVs not working, comot seat broken, water from AC pouring inside, chipped out walls etc. I'm sharing some pics of the rooms. The lift was not working most of the times and the restaurant hall is devoid of wash basin or wash room. Just stay far from such hotel. Only positive is it is well located in Karol Bagh area. ...     This hotel is a classic example of a typical Karol Bagh hotel ... consistently inconsistent ... My first stay here was a kind of oakayish ... checking in late at night after midnight and the guy at reception was most unwelcoming ... on second occasion he told me that i dont have a booking though I had a confirmed prepaid one from Cleartrip and after a lot of arguments sent me to Hotel Blue Pearl .. on third my check in was smooth and now I am staying fourth time in last 3 months ... They say you get what you pay for and i think it applies 100% to this hotel as the price i am paying thru goibibo or cT is certainly cheap .... room service is steady to bad ,,,,, reception is not so reliable for wake up calls and housekeeping services ... Probably the only reason or reasons I am staying here are - cheap price, familiaity with the location is ( as I was staying with another hotel for well over 14 years which was just across the small garden ) and everything in the viscinity .. if you care a damn for many things and care only for a place to sleep which have aircon and wifi, easy accesibility, plenty of food options around then you can consider this place...     Checkin at night , Room are very old, Bed Sheets have bedbugs marks on it,bad smell in room, old and rough towels on which my wife saw bed bugs walking.We complained to Manager Mr Pathak who changed our room immediately but unfortunately we searched the room and found bedbugs again ,So we check out immediately....   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
