    SERVICE BAD + ROBBERY!!

    had checked in on 23 june 2017 . i had made booking via cleartrip website i checked in at 1;30 pm and then rushed for my medical conference. i was given room 311 while leaving the room , i inform the concerned person that the flush wasnt working.. he said he will get it sorted by the time i come. i came back at apporx 1 am , and saw that the commode was clean , hence meaning that the flush was repaired. but then i realised after i washed face that there was no towel!! i sat to watch tv and realised it wasnt working. I CALLED ON RECEPTION AND SPOKE TO MR.SHYAM. and informed him about the two issues. in sometime he sent a towel with mr.ramesh.. and when i told ramesh about the tv , he said THERE IS NO SET TOP BOX ONLY. i asked him why? (since i have paid for the service) , he acted very disinterested and said that he will look in to it.and come back with a set top box. HE DIDNT COME BACK. next morning i used commode and realised that the flush wasnt again working.. i continued my stay for another day and paid rupees 1000 to the reception guy. he told me he will tel me final amount at time of check out. NOW READ THIS! when i came back at night and asked for my room keys,, MR.shyam asked me which room! i told him same , 311...THEN HE LOOKED SO SUPRISED AND SAID THAT HE HAD ALLOTTED THAT ROOM BYMISTAKE TO SOMEONE ELSE !!!!!BUT THOSE NEW CUSTOMERS were at the reception only.. so he said they hadnt entered the room.. SHOULD I BELIEVE HIM? these 2 gentlemen were drunk and creating a scene at the reception all night..and ultimately they left without taking a room. i was there because i was waiting to chrge my phone in reception. i saw the entire episode with own eyes. u can check the cctv footage ! i enrtered room and realised that again the set top box was still missing!!! i was very tired as my conference was tiring. and i didnt want to argue with the receptionist . on the morning of check out...i kept my luggage at reception. checked out at 11-30 am. and said i would collect luggage by 1 pm. as i had to go for conference i came back by 12-30 pm only. and took luggage the receptionist asked me to pay a balance of 46 rupees, i said i will not pay since i havent got tv service for even one min during two days. and flush problem wasnt solved. HE SAID THAT STILL I HAVE TO PAY EVEN IF THEY DIDNT OFFER FULL SERVICE! i disagreed. i eventually agreed to pay . on the condition that i would fill a feedback form stating the above service lapses of the hotel. he looked around or pretended to look around for 2 mins, and then said HE CANT FIND FEEDBACK FORMS!!!!! which hotel has no feedback forms? I WAS SHOCKED. hence i refused to pay the 46 rupees. when i asked him if i can email at some adress , about feedback.. he told me the adress as info@tg.com i left . disguested with the experiecnce. and had to leave for bombay. when i reached bombay and unpacked.. i found my bluetooth speaker from suitcase missing!!! i immeditely called the hotel and told the receptionist. HE REFUSED TO CHECK if it was in the room or stolen by staff.. and immmediately spoke rudely. after Ten mins mr.tukaram called me stating that no hotel person must have take and told me why i didnt pa 46 rs. but he was not informed by the HOTEL STAFF BOUT 1-the service given to me. no tv. 2-flush not workiing . it was apprently repaired in my abscence. 3- my room was alloted to someone else. 4- no feedback form 5-wrong email adress for feedback. mr.tukaram told me that the correct mail adress is meru@tg....     The hotel is situated near ruby hall clinic. The hotel is also very near to the railway station. So anyone coming by train in late night shud go this hotel. Staff is good. Clean and good rooms. The loaction is in market area so u can not say its a peaceful. But u can stay here.... More

    Once a hotel of choice, now it is a ghost of the same.. It is very close to the railway station and Ruby hall. Food joints (small restaurants, Road side vendors and expensive restaurants alike..) are close by. There is a TV n balcony in each room. Hot water for early part of day is there. Lift is functional. The hotel itself is very quaint. The management has forgotten to update it with the change of times.. Room given to me had stained blankets which were not replaced inspite of request to front desk. The tube light needed constant adjustment to get it to work.. The bathroom had tiles broken off but otherwise clean.. "Park ur vehicle at ur own risk within the premises", and I'm quoting the night watchman. I was there for 5 nights. The bed was made everyday when I returned but the sheets were never replaced during that period. Recommended if u choose to hole up for a night or two if single. Otherwise stay away. ... More

    Decent rooms but were good enough but little small. Food was decent Hotel staff was ok and helpful . Hotel location is pretty good. Every thing is near by..... needs a little attention..... rests all was okkkk....... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
