    So the last day and a half In India I decided to stay in new Delhi before traveling, so I pretty much booked a room at Mary gold. For two nights. I had a double standard room. Because I thought I needed to rest before traveling and it was a mess. The bedsheets were still not changed. There were chocolate and biscuits from the people before me. And if you ask the people there if this is normal. They shake their head and smile. Anywho they changed the sheets. Then at night as I was asleep. I started hearing noises in the wood. As in the bed and the wall behind it squeaky noises and also a crambling noises. As I stayed fully awake I started knocking on the wood. And there I saw a small head of a rat coming from under the side bed table . So I went down to the reception and the people where asleep at 3 am . I woke them up Ofcourse a guy went up to find the rat and they didn’t. And it just found it’s way throughback. So if u hear any noises there. Don’t doubt your self Here are some of the pictures that assure that this was a rat eating this wood this is what we let out at 3 from under the furniture. Also when I asked what’s this wood he said tHis is from rat. But it’s ok. There’s no rat now.... More

    Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación, muy cerca de una estación de metro, la mejor manera de moverse en New Delhi y la zona es bastante tranquila a pesar del movimiento que hay en la calle. El personal es muy amable y voluntarioso. Hay cajeros automáticos muy cerca del hotel y un pequeño supermercado en el que compramos pastelitos y galletas para un día que no podíamos desayunar allí para ir a Agra. Tiene "agencia de viajes", te ayudan a planificar desde excursiones de un día a algún lado (Agra por ejemplo), paseos por la ciudad o incluso tu estancia entera en la India, es de gran ayuda, te recomienda y está bien de precio. Nosotros fuimos a Agra, al final en coche, aunque había la opción de ir en tren, algo más barato, más barato de lo que te intenta hacer ver, pq empieza enseguida a inflar el precio de los transportes exceptuando el tren. Pero queríamos ir a Fatehpur Sikri y en tren no era viable. Sin ir por Fatehpur Sikri, el precio era el más bajo de los 3 que vimos. Las habitaciones del hotel son más pequeñas de lo que se ve en las fotos, tampoco nos importa, ya que sólo ibamos a dormir a las noches. El wifi funciona muy bien Tiene restaurante, aunque creo que está en obras, te traen la comida a la habitación. La comida está muy rica y a muy buen precio. El último día hicimos el checkout por la mañana ya que teniamos que ir al aeropuerto a las 22:00, nos guardaron las maletas y al llegar nos dejaron darnos una ducha, como ya comenté, el personal es extremadamente amable. Como ejemplo, un día para la cena le pregunté si tenían cerveza, al par de minutos vieno el chico si le podía dar el dinero, que se iba a buscarla a otro sitio, que ellos mismo no la tenían, me parece un detalle de 10. La limpieza en las habitaciones en general es mejorable, y me explico. Les dijimos que al llegar por la noche al día siguiente no hacía falta que nos hicieran la habitación y no lo hicieron, todo correcto. Les dijimos que al segundo día si porque ibamos a estar todo el día en Agra, tampoco la hicieron. A la mañana siguiente se lo comenté y le dije que por favor la hicieran ese día, pero al llegar a la noche tampoco estaba la habitación recogida ni limpia. Lo más curioso es que en la habitación el día que llegamos no había mando para el aire acondicionado, y nos trajeron uno. Al llegar a la noche la habitación no estaba hecha ni el baño limpio, la bandeja de la cena aún en la mesa, pero habían ido a coger el mando del aire acondicionado. Bajamos a recepción y subió un chico a cambiar las sábanas de la cama, pero el baño estaba un poco sucio ya, porque no desagua muy bien lo de la ducha.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
