    Room given in corner area of hotel was even not having interior or exterior view, Room lock was not working, Bathroom lock was broken, Room chain lock was broken, For room lock front desk staff again & again told "it has been fixed", which seems not to be. Food in this hotel was extremely costly,when we asked to restaurant manager for giving discount & let us dine here itself, He started to compare rates with his club members, why we need to compare with members??? "I cant understand" we were travelling separately, we had to move for other options in the town. If you stay here kindly find other option for food due to heavy cost, or stay elsewhere.... More

    Will not visit again this hotel due to bad behavior of Mr. Hussain

    Visited this hotel in June 2017, Mr. Hussain is very proudly and quarrelsome person. He is not able to manage hospitality services. He don't know that he will be responsible to ruin his own business. If there is power cut in hotel, it may be difficult to manage, but why he could not manage his behavior. Due to his bad behavior we hate to visit this beautiful cottage in future. I have no personal issues to this hotel. But I request Mr. Hussain to change his attitude towards the guests coming to this hotel. thanks.... More

    Despite of good service, Not a good option due to poor maintenance !!

    Visited this hotel on 25th Dec with 2 of my friends. Would directly come to +ve and -ve : +ve: * Location and view from hotel is good * Having a decent enough roof to have bonfire or DJ night (organised by the hotel on 25th night) * Manager (Lalit) is prompt and ready to help whenever required (Very much required when staying here) * Food is good, Quantity is also good. -ve: * Hotel rooms are not at all up to the mark. Dirty walls and floor. * Although it gives u a good feel when u enter the rooms but later u realize the reality. * My room Bad was places over blocks (I mean seriously a hotel ??) which was horrible. * Service is too poor, there is only one person to serve the entire hotel. Although he is always ready to listen to your need but that is not enough to serve entire hotel. * Worst thing was the water supply in washroom. My friend spent 2 hours in washroom waiting for water and this was repeated the next day. Overall the manager is trying to overcome the bad points of the hotels by his service but that is not doing enough if the hotel management is not in mood to run this hotel. It could have been my first choice in case it gets some renovation (clean rooms with proper bads).... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
