    Worst OYO Experience

    Requested early sunrise checkin, which was conformed on 10 to 30%of confirmed booking as extra payable to owner. When reached Hotel, Receptionist asked for double around 60%,, and negotiated to end at 40%..OYO guarantees clean linen but here bedsheets and blankets were dirty and primafacie seems being reused without wash. Bathroom was dirty. Toiletries only soap and Liquid soap were there, no moisturizer. For breakfast they refused to provide same day though requested being checking out same day evening. Thus had paid cash at restaurant. Restaurant seems to be managed Seperately. Room service was so lousy that a cup of tea in morning got after an hour after three reminders. Surprised to see minors servicing guests. Taste of breakfast was not that bad. Looking to location, this hotel should do quite good but seems they have lost all the goodwill. Swimming pool is charged extra @"450/. Card swapping machine was not working and as such bills to be settled in cash. OYO tarrif is so lucrative, one may get lured, but with services, customers may not be happy. ... More

    OYO should review its relationship with this hotel. We have stayed in OYO hotels in New Delhi, Chennai and Recently in Jodhpur. This is one of the worst maintained hotel we have stayed. Rooms were not upto the mark. We had hired 3 rooms and in all 3 rooms bath room fittings were leaking and doors were broken. The first day front office staff was rude. I booked a taxi to go to airport at 5 a.m. The taxi did not arrive until 5.20 am and I had 7.00am flight. In all our experiences was not good.... More

    Good hotel, good location, good service

    3 nights stay with kids and friends. easy access from main road. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, ample furniture, clean bedding, no smells or mold. All bedrooms are painted in different colors some of which can be little bright. the additional bed and quilts were arranged on our request. Hotel uses boiler to provide hot water. Even after 8 am, we had to request the reception staff to turn on hot water. Generally, in India, hot water is dispensed from the left side of faucet but here we had to turn the lever towards right. Figuring this out wasted our time. Thankfully one staff was very helpful and prompt. Swimming pool was clean. On last day there was a rowdy bunch of 20+ guests in room 112 (executive style) who played very loud music, threw alcohol packaging etc outside in the gallery. On our request, the hotel staff quickly moved the party to roof/upper floor and cleaned the gallery. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful - prepared sugarless tea and heated drinking water everyday. Hotels facilities are accessible by elevator and stairs and stairs are more reliable and faster than the lift. Reception staff needs to smile. For breakfast, only aloo puri and paranthas are served on alternate days. Tea and poha (beaten rice) is served daily. They make nice poories (not oily) but depending on chef, aloo subzi had too much or balanced garlic. Breakfast room could have better furniture. Lift needs servicing. There is a conference hall inside the hotel. The adjoining marriage ground is also a hotel property.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
