    The customer service is very very poor at this place the room was not clean so I asked some cleaner to clean but he straight away refused and went away I alkali complained to some higher authority but they also did nothing so I just left that hotel immediately.... More

    Actually this hotel is not having any other source of publicity than that of the Auto rickshaw drivers. So they just use to take you their utilizing their convincing power . The hotel provides 50% of first day rent as the commission to these rickshaw drivers. I also stuck once as the property i usually book was full . the staff is good but hotel is pathetic . Stinky rooms, no good food. If you are stuck there, try a restaurant in the adjacent street of Relief cinema.... More

    I reached Ahmedabad by bus from Jaipur at 4:30 am.This auto rickshaw guy took me to this hotel. They told non ac room will be Rs.900 and ac room will be 1200. The rooms were stinking and the bed was very dirty. The manager at the reception was very rude.they don't have a restaurant but they get it from outside. Its better to go out and get it by yourself. I had a three day visit but I changed this hotel the very same day.... More

    We had taken the hotel in a hurry... looked decent in the beginning.. towels were dirty with stains all over... broken toilet seats... poorest room service i have ever experienced.... waiters with loads of attitude, they give a damn to no matter what you say.... but worse was yet to come there were so many tiny cockroaches.... the whole place was CREEPY.... not recommended at all..........   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
