    Superb hotel, good location

    Accommodation was roomy, very clean, as was the hotel in general. Seafront position with good outlook. Dining room was on sun terrace as well as inside, with a lovely sea and harbour view. Bus stop just outside with regular cheap bus services. Breakfast was adequate and tasty (would have loved to have some bacon,( as shown in brochure pictures) but this was no major problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool looked lovely but the hotel drinks were a little pricy, otherwise we would have spent more time around the pool area. There was a good choice of local tavernas and bars close by or a short walks away. The local beaches were superb, some having beach bars serving drinks and good light meals/snacks. We ( a couple) had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.... More

    Our room was upgraded upon request for a small charge as the original economy room was in the basement and we preferred to be higher. The hotel has very comfortable and spacious rooms. Yoghurt & honey at breakfast is the best. Recommended!... More

    Very poor customer service!

    Our one-night stay here was totally overshadowed by the cold-hearted refusal to consider our request not to be charged for this night! We explained that we were having to cut our holiday short due to a serious family illness back in the uk and consequently the 5 day stay, which was already paid for, had to be cancelled. However, as we wished to visit this part of the island we booked a one night stay at the same hotel for the night prior to our original booking and asked if they would waive the £51 fee as they had already been paid £309 for the following 5 nights. This was turned down repeatedly!... More

    Very good hotel in good location

    It is a very nice hotel, with sea view, just outside Chania. The location is perfect, it is quite spot, even thought it is on the main road, next to the sea. Close to the nice beaches, good restaurants, short driving time to Chania Town. Bas Stops are just next to the hotel, plenty of space to park your car. Our room was very spacious, clean, bed was huge, with nice terrace facing garden. Breakfast buffet was very good, good choice, nice food served on the roof with sea view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool, looked good but we love sea so did not try. We loved it, would definitely go back... More

    Strategic location and good value for money

    Located 5km far from the city centre but well connected through public transport (bus stop just outside the hotel) and easy access to the main road connecting to the main attractions and beaches (Falassarna, Elafounissi, Balos...). Rooms are large and clean, with a small terrace. My suggestion is to book a superior room at the fisrt or second floor (and do not choose the cheapest ones located and the reception floor: you will be in the basement). Highly suggested if you choose the right room!... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 24 hours, Check-out Time is 12 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
