    Room is nice...it is near to airport and railway station...room service is good...breakfast is good....all staff is good...wifi speed is good...free transportation upto 2kms...pickup and dropping...staying for families is good... More

    This was actually the second Hotel i visited in India and i was warmly surprised. Very kind people, the room is also ok and the fan is moving fast enough, that im feeling cold even in warm nights. But there also have air-conditioning in some rooms. The breakfast was also realy good, i didn't even knew that i would get any, so even better. Also, the Hotel is just 2km away from the Airport and has free two way transfer for up to 2km plus free WiFi!! I just stayed one night, because i had a stop over in Chennai. If you so as well, i would recommend this place.... More

    Comfortable hotel with value for money. Not far from the airport ! But, the area around the hotel is not so good. I have stayed in many places in India, but the experience I had in this hotel was totally different. The managers and the staff were extremely friendly and went all out to make me happy and my stay comfortable as possible. nathen at the front desk was unbelievably helpful. I developed flu like symptoms during my stay and had to get medical help. The staff looked after me as I never had anywhere else in the world. It was too good to believe but was true. What can I say, this is where I will be staying during my future visits. The staff fully understand that the happiness of the customer is the prime priority for the success of the hotel industry.     Absolutely filthy!!!!

    Thankfully we were just here for a night. Arrived at 8pm and leaving in the morning at 7am. Everything you touch or look at has not been cleaned lately if ever at all. The bathroom taps were leaking and the sink was filthy. I asked for a clean pillow. I have posted a pic of the new one they bought up for me and you can imagine what the first one was like. I know it is a budget hotel but we have been travelling uttarakhand and Sri Lanka and stayed in 19 different accommodations some half the price of here and never had a room this disgraceful. Only positive was the boy on reception in the morning. Very friendly and apologetic.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
