    以前泊まってから数年経って行ってみたら、オーナーが代替りしたのか、若い人になってた。ホットシャワーを浴びようとしたら、そもそも出ない部屋で、3時間修理を待ってたらホテルで一番いい部屋に替えてくれた。ナイスマネジメントだけど決断まで遅すぎ。ルームサービスを頼んでも、無愛想なスタッフがお世辞にも美味しそうに見えない物を運んできたので外で食べたほうがいい。 一泊600Rs。シーズンは連泊しても同じ値段。ベッドは若干沈み込んでるので背の高い人は腰痛になる。シーツはキレイな部類。部屋は広いけど、窓とクーラーの間に隙間があるので虫が入ってくる。ソファーが付いてるけどボロボロで座る気になれない。オーナーが屋上のスタッフを呼びつけるためのベルがかなり耳障り。昼寝したい人は辛いかも。 右隣のホテルにネットカフェ、左隣に理髪店があるのが便利。ホテルを出て左に80mのコンビニでは手提げ袋を無料で貰えるので旅の最中に使える。 以前来た時よりも全体的にボロボロで、掃除はしているものの老朽化に拍車がかかってる。日本の有名なガイドブックに長い間載ってるが、そろそろ見極めの限界かも。...     低価格ホテルの割には駅が近く、清潔でスタッフも普通でした。メインバザールの方に泊まったほうが何かと便利で楽しいけど、喧騒が嫌になった人はこのホテルで休んでみては。駅が近いのに比較的静かというのが最大の売りかも。ホットシャワーはコンセントが外れてる時があるのでスタッフに言いましょう。税金取るので値段交渉の時に聞いてみて。... More

If one has acumen for quality and is searching for comfortable accommodation in the city, they can plan their stay at Hotel Marco Polo. It is one of the popular hotels in Delhi. This three-storeyed property has 22 large, well spaced rooms, which are equipped with basic amenities like a television, laundry service and an attached bathroom with the facility of hot/cold running water. The property has equally good hotel amenities. A front desk is present in the property to help the patrons with their queries. Room service is provided to all customers. Hotel Marco Polo is situated in close vicinity of the New Delhi Railway Station (0.5 km).

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
