    As the Ttile says Did not ask for better than this, they truely deserve positive rating. I visited Manali with my parents last year and we stayed at this place. Foremost and best of all, Well behaved staff. 5 stars for them. Situated at a beautful location facing the valley. 5 stars for it. Beautiful and clean rooms. 4.5 stars for it. Being a South Indian I rate 3.5 stars for the food. Overall I rate them with 3.5 stars as room heater should me a must and included in the tariff and not ordering at a seperate cost... More

    We spent one night here with family, we opted 2 rooms. The road was narrow to the hotel but it's okay you can easily reach there. Rooms were good, view from balcony was also good. We opted dinner and breakfast option with room booking. Dinner did not have buffet option and limited verity. Although they served hot and food was tasty. In break fast they did not have options. Only aalo paratha and bread toast was there. When you opt for breakfast and dinner including in the room then you have some expectations but no verity there. We asked for heater but they had heater with single rod on chargeable basis and we were told that there is no voltage so it won't work but in nearby hotels there was no issue of voltage. In month of December with kids and old age parents we expect that there should be proper heating facilities. Hotel staff was good except the reception. the person was rude and seems that he was not happy to see us there. The land line number provided on the booking was not working and after reaching hotel we came to know that number was not in working condition so they must change that. Please rectify above mentioned points as hotel is at good location and good view.... More

    I just loved the food and ambiance of the hotel. View from balcony is amazing.. hygiene is maintained . You won't get direct transport from there so you need to talk walk for 10-15 mins after that autos are available. Hotel food is little expensive.... More

    If you are ready for a service compromise , you can choose this hotel location , cause the location is out in hills and has excellent view from window , Staff is courteous however services are limited in the hotel . It taken 30 min walk to reach Mall road. IF you are on a bike , or car i highly recommend this hotel for group and family travel . ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
