    Extremely disappointing place and services, rude and discourteous staff

    I have previously also used oyo rooms and it has been a pleasant stay and based on that I booked my stay at Hotel Mansarovar Palace in Jaipur via Oyo, but to my utter disappointment this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Be it be the staff, the services or amenities, even after paying around 1k per night. First of all, one of my female friend came here to drop me at the hotel, as she is local and helped me find the hotel and even before I made check in and was filling the details the person at reception was like "madam Ander ni jayegi" I told them politely that she is not going to stay here, she just came to drop me, I went to see my room and she also wanted to have a look to see if everything was okay? She didn't even stay for 10 mins max and needed a glass of water I asked for the same, but these people didn't even provide drinking water, and was only saying one thing that "madam need to go". Is your policy so stringent that one can not even drink a glass of water until the person steps out of the hotel? Instead they asked me to meet my guests in the garden area (which doesn't even look like a garden) it's just some patch of grass, and guess what I have to sit in scorching sun and pollution To meet my guests. Pics of so called garden area and the lobby which is nothing but a passage between reception and staircase to the rooms are attached. One can not have a meeting at these kind of places if you do not allow in rooms At least have good place or restaurant where people can meet. There is no water bottles given. The water provided is in a camper, which I do not know when it was washed.(pics attached) They told me that we don't provide bottled water. Today morning when I asked for an extra portion of breakfast, I was not told before that it ll be chargeable, how do u define complimentary breakfast? If one has an appetite for more than one portion then how will you take care of that? Also when I was supposed to put that into my mouth suddenly the waiter is like - you have to pay for this. Isn't it the responsibility to tell upfront? You promise good services and free wifi, WiFi is not at all working since yesterday. I asked them that it is not working the reception person rudely replied - "we don't know, piche se hi nhi chal rha. Aap apne aap dekh lo, ye ni chalega", is that how you apologize if any of your amenities is not functional? The screenshot for non functional wifi is also attached. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of services and the way the staff is treating a customer. And totally regret staying here. Even after paying for services if you get treated like this. I strongly recommend people to find another place than this.... More

    Excellent, exquisite & extravagant. I loved my stay. You can book in advance and explain your requirements they are quite amazing. I was on a leasure trip so the hotel was my only solace. It is only 20 minutes from Jaipur railway station. The charges of the Hotel, room & services was comparatively low. Also the food was good in reasonable price. But the hotel is situated at out side of main Jaipur City. the service of hotel was excellent, surroundings was excellent.... More

    This hotel is around 15 Kms from the Bus Station. Nearer to Chaukhi Dhaani. No easy conveyance around this hotel. The food was good and staff was cooperative. If you have your own conveyance, this could be your stay away from the old city' hustle.... More

Hotel Mansarovar Palace is 7 km away from Jaipur International Airport/Durgapura Railway Station at 5 km. It has 1 A/C multi-cuisine restaurant and 2 non-A/C restaurants. Hotel has comfortable rooms. Each room is well-equipped with air-conditioner, television, telephone, ward robe, double bed, side table, chairs, centre table, dressing table, sofa and attached bathroom.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
