    I booked this hotel because it was close to a conference i was visiting. It was a mistake. When i went there, they said that there is only one room available(even though i had booked in advance) and that room was terrible!! It seemed like a store room of some sort which they fobbed on me because they were fully booked. I had no choice but to stay there because i was alone and i dint know what else to do in a city of strangers. The rooms windows wouldnt close, the bathroom doors wouldnt close, there was no ac and i spent the whole night for fear of my safety. The next morning i fought with the manager and he assigned me a different room which was comparitively better but even this room had peeling walls and one of the taps had short circuit so i had a shock while taking bath.     This hotel is just for large groups as it has a big hall to cater to a big group. No parking facilities for big buses, the restaurants area is very shabby. There is renovation work happening at the hotel. The interiors of the rooms are not well arranged, all amenities are loosely held. The service is also very bad as there is a very bad stench of leather tanning from the next building. There are better hotels around, just don't take it.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
