    Worst hotel in bad locality

    We have booked this hotel from 13.09.18 to 16.09.18 having room no LX5 & LX7 through OYO.This is the WORST hotel having filthy smell and unhygienic condition.One can't stand in front of hotel because of smell.The rooms provided are smelling like rotten egg all the time caused vomiting to my family members.The behaviour of staffs are very annoying & rude. They didn't heed to our words. The breakfast provided are below average & insufficient. The rooms,bathroom,corridor & staircase are very dirty and unhygienic. The bedsheet, blanket & towels are not clean.In night there's lot of sound and noise outside room causing panic including disturbance in sleep.We feel unsafe at hotel.I am astonished how OYO continues to extend their tag to such a bad hotel....     OYO 1238 Hotel Mannat International did not meet our expectations.

    Hotel Mannat International was preferred by us due to its location that we saw on the map. We had booked two rooms. However the hotel did not meet our expectations. There were overall issues faced by us with regard to the working of doors, bathroom, cleanliness of linen, washroom maintenance etc. which required us to changed one room after we had moved in.The rooms also require pest control. The hotel does not have a dining area and we were told that the complimentary breakfast and all meals must be had by us only in our rooms. Tea/Coffee is served only after 7.30 am. The site and surrounding area of the hotel also did not meet our expectation. There were rains and the area outside the hotel was waterlogged. Only way one could move out was by a vehicle but the narrow road outside the hotel has heavy traffic jams. The hotel provides free WiFi with which we had no issues. We had no choice but to cancel our booking for one more day and shift to other hotel in the city. Truly the management needs to work on improving the services and the property vis-a-vis the rates being charged.... More

    Location of this hotel is quite good to explore the city. It is at a distance of 15 minutes walk from Park Circus RS, 5km from Sealdah RS, 11km from Howrah RS and Edenbagh and Kalighat are 7 km. City buses,cabs, autos all are available from the road a few yards from the Hotel. Rooms are good for a stay but do not leave any great feelings. We, in a travel group, booked and occupied most of the rooms and stayed for two nights. We had our own cooking and catering arrangements and there is a big hall for the purpose. Although rooms were booked well in advance some rooms were made available to many of us after a long wait. The hotel being in a lane, we had to park our bus on the road, a few yards away.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
