    Restraunt staff discracefull we walked out . only diners

    We were pointed in the direction of this hotel for lunch by our nearby hotel that did not have a restaurant . Walked in we were the only diners and it felt eerie . The staff were openly joking about us and snickering at us looking at the menu as if we would not understand it . We promptly got up and left followed out by one of the staff who was oblivious to their own behaviour . Glad we left as found a super place further down the road which was packed with locals and we were treated like royalty ( well at least as human beings ) because they do not get tourists in there and the food was great .Yaa Mohideen Byriyani I would not recommend this dump to anyone at least the restaurant ....     Close to AIRPORT and PALLAVARAM train station

    We were 5 families travelling and we need to refresh ourselves before the flight at 12 noon We stayed here only a couple of hours. The advantage is that the hotel is close to PALLAVARAM station [5 minutes walk]. The rooms are small and bathrooms cramped. The AC was not working properly. The complimentary breakfast was OK but the service was very poor at the restaurant. The breakfast is a set menu and you can order other items at extra cost. Kindly choose the hotel just to refresh and do not expect any luxury treatment here. Feel it is a better option compared to the surrounding hotel in the AIRPORT proximity area.... More

    Very Very Worst service and food

    I check in May 1st 2017 late evening, i got very worst and terrible experience,there is no proper department based staffs, they doing very very lazy work, one women ( she is not relevent to the front office) always speak personal matter loudly with other workers in front of the room guest, there is no proper communicatoin with workers, they fight themselves in hotels, VERY VERY VERY BAD FOOD IN RESTAURANT, morning complimentary(?) break fast!!!!! ( no chance), very worst food, No one look like a responsible staffs, Hotel is looks good from outside but inside everythings not well, Just had a horrible stay in this hotel. I suggest not to book this hotel if you are travelling to chennai.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
