    Stay at Treebo Mandiram Palace in Udaipur

    Dear Sir, this was my third stay at Treebo, though at Amritsar I reached on a wrong date and had to vacate at short notice, the I stayed in Treebo Jaipur and had an excellent experience not only in terms of rooms, services, amenities available but also in terms of the behaviour of the staff. But I deeply regret that stay at Mandiram was antithesis. Its approach is nightmare, food quality is horrible, the property is at the mercy of contractual workers. TV in the room work in the morning but in the evening it start interrupting, wi fi password given but wont connect, AC not working and you complaint and with lot of reluctance the change of room will be agreed ( not before you regret checking in). I seriously wonder, why treebo has partnered with this property, its a serious blot in your otherwise spotless image. I may be harsh but its factual and serious threat to your reputation. I dont know how people rate is good but i am one of your admirer and trying to be as sincere as possible. No bill was given to me. They accept only cash, no debit card payment. Endless story.     I stayed here for three days , the best part is everything is nearby just walk for 10mins , they have roof top restaurant which is really affordable and quick service too , owner with uncle and aunty will give you feel like home thank you.... More

    The room was ok, clean enough, so that wasn’t the problem in this case. The problem was, that there was a private drinking party going on in the room next to us. You can hear everything in the rooms from each other, so it was very noisy. I do understand that people want to enjoy themselves, but at 3:00 the party was still going strong and we just wanted to sleep after a long day on the road. We went to the reception, so that the noise would stop, but the guy behind the reception wasn’t inclined to do anything about it. We had to wait till morning. At 5:00 the party still hadn’t ended and we still hadn’t been able to get any sleep, so back to the reception we went. Still the guy wasn’t going to help us, because - I kid you not - he was sleeping, that was his argument! We got really mad, sleep deprived and frustrated as we were. Finally the guy went upstairs to talk to the people. Then it was silent. After complaining to our travel agent in Delhi, we got switched to a different room next door at Gaj Vilas (same owner I think). No apology from the side of Gandiram.     Stayed in the hotel on a friend's recommendation. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff suggested to try their rajasthani daal Bati served at roof top restaurant and I must say it's the effect of dal bati that made me write this review... The food is very tasty and dal Bati a must try if you are staying at the hotel or in that area.. The hotel management is very polite and during a conversation got to know that they have recently changed a lot of staff and have upgraded the facilities... I am a regular traveller to Udaipur and this will be the place I stay everytime I am there..... More

Hotel Mandiram Palace is situated 5 km from the Udaipur City Railway Station. The rooms at this hotel have a view of the old town, ghats and Pichola Lake. This hotel is Udaipur possesses rooms from the standard, deluxe and super-deluxe categories. All the air-conditioned rooms are equipped with basic amenities of modern comfort and have attached bathrooms. The rooms feature window seats.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
