    we were going to the gateway of india to catch a boat to Alibag we had 4 children and we were 3 adults. We desperately needed to eat. It was 3 pm already. We looked everywhere on the road leading to the gateway. Nothing was open. suddenly i located this Restaurant in this residential Hotel. We stopped there and asked for food. They were closed, but they opened the restaurant only for us. We ordered fried fish, curried fish and chicken dishes. The dishes were prepared in record time, and we have never tasted anything more delicious. The fried fish, the butter chicken and the dhal tadka were superlative. Most importantly, they served us even though they had closed and they served us the most delicious food. Loved the experience.... More

    A hotel dirty ... Unhealthy ... Mold in the rooms ... smell of urine in rooms ... Fridge not working ... Gypsy in the bathroom ... Toilet bowl poorly cleaned ... Sheets and duvet cover are not changed ... Horrible reception staff ... Old mattresses stored in the corridor ... Warning... Bottles of water are not free ... Warning ... If you booked a deluxe room you will be assured that this is a good room ... the reception tried to deceive us ... Warning ... you must pay the room on arrival ...... More

    I don't recommend this place for anyone. The staff are very rude, they only want to sell those room which arw at a higher rate. They ignore what we ask for and always gice fake promises. The staff only want tips if we don't give them tips or commission they won't do any work. The food is okay but abit expensive, the waiter also keeps on asking for tips. The price charging for the room it too much. The AC is not good, toilet not clean. They don't keep the room neat and clean daily. They only clean it before a guest enter the room and after leaving. ... More

    Respected sir , i m amit from hydrabad , i want to tell u one thing the person whos handling the lift is very rude mr pandey ... he is always after money .... i gave him a suitcase to carry n he is asking me 50 bucks .... wat the heck man it this a hotel or a bloddy something else .. he should be sacked immediately from your hotel n very rude to me . I bought 2 bags n he saying he cannot bring in lift u have to take by own ... i went on 4 th floor with bags not using life... a complete no to pandey n this hotel... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
