    This hotel managed to ruin our entire holiday. Right from the point of check in, my family was tortured by the "hospitable staff". We had to wait for 2 hours in the cold reception (no heating whatsoever) before we could get our rooms (booked 4 months earlier). We did not get our desired rooms, they were going to give us bunkers but after arguments gave us 2 small rooms instead of a big room. There was no central heating, and no heater in the room. When we asked for a heater, they gave us a small TOY heater which was CHARGEABLE at 300 rs per day. The food was terribe. 4 kids travelling with us got food poisioning. The receptionist was the rudest person and did not listen to any complains and started fighting The owner promised to send heaters that night but no heaters arrived. Next day when we went for sight seeing they called us 10 times to switch rooms because they wanted to give the small rooms to someone else. Never stay at this hotel if you want to have a pleasant holiday.... More

    Nice hotel, staff was good and polite. Food is moderate & service is slow. They take so much time for serving buffet breakfast. Not many options in breakfast. Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel location is good, front facing rooms with balcony have excellent view. Limited car parking space. I traveled along with family in the peak summer season of May, it was fully occupied.... More

    Good Hotel, front office staff supportive but restaurant staff not support. Breakfast n dinner buffet menu very limited. Rooms are good but bathrooms not upto the mark. No bathoom amenities and shower eas not proper working. Not sugustive.... More

    Very nicely built hotel, but lacks few basics tenets like room heating. You need to rent out room heater separately which again is hardly adequate for the room. Buffet spreads have hardly any options.Very cooperative staff. Situated perfectly. help in arranging and helping with transportation and booking hotels for next destination .   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
